Why is the Energetic Test so vital to the SEMB ™ program?
1.) Because the SEMB ™ remedy is made from it. SEMB ™ is an energetic formula that is customized for all your imbalances, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Every cell of you body resonates at a certain frequency. There are different frequencies for different glands, organs and tissues. These frequencies are like radio stations. If you're not on the exact station, you cannot hear the words or music being transmitted. Your body is the same. If physical, environmental, dietary, lifestyle, mental or emotional stresses are put upon us, it throws glands, organs and tissues out of the optimal frequency for health. When you take the SEMB ™, you are returning every organ, gland and tissue to their optimum frequency. This then allows normal function or balance to return to the body-mind complex. 2.) With all tests and subsequent re-tests, the number of imbalances determined from the tests are used in concentrating the SEMB ™ to be the most effective in releasing blockages in the body-mind complex. If someone's initial energetic test has 85 imbalanced areas, in one month of taking the SEMB ™ these might drop to 45, at two months to 21 (if re-energetic test is done and the SEMB ™ is concentrated), at three months to 11 and at four months to 3 (with each re-energetic test the SEMB ™ becomes very concentrated and exact for addressing the specific imbalances at that point in time). The fewer frequencies we communicate to the body-mind complex, the more effectively it will respond. Such good news! I can see out of my right eye! Dec. 10, a blood vessel broke in my eye, flooding it with blood. I could not see through the cloud at all. Yes, some light, but nothing was visible to me. Thank God my left eye was fine. I decided to put SEMB into my eye. That was Saturday; by Wednesday I could see 50% better. I can read words and see 75% better now. I’m still healing and grateful for this blessing.

I was diagnosed with Raynauds syndrome, my fingers and toes would turn white, especially in cold weather. I was told to stay indoors, which for me was impossible. Then the bottom of my toes were turning purple. I went to the vein doctor who told me to watch it otherwise he would have to amputate my toes. A little while after that I started coming to the Institute and started SEMB. I started applying the SEMB to my toes and massaging it in. About two months later my circulation improved in my fingers and toes. They are now healed and I don’t have Raynards syndrome anymore! Thank you so much for educating us patients and for SEMB.

The SEMB has truly been amazing. Today I experienced pain in my upper left back after sitting in the office for only a few hours. I put the SEMB on the area affected and felt instantly the pain vanish! I wouldn’t believe it until I’ve experienced it and it really does work!

I have been experiencing shoulder pain for the longest time. My job requires me to sit all day and use the computer and mouse. That also didn’t help my shoulder pain. Dr. Nemec told me to use the SEMB on my shoulder and emotion area. I was using the SEMB on my shoulder which did help a little, but it wasn’t until I used it on my emotion area as well as the shoulder that I experienced healing.
I thank God for giving Dr. Nemec and Laurie the wisdom to teach us that we can enjoy a life God wants us to enjoy to the fullest.

Having been on the program six weeks now, and in the first six weeks my insomnia has been completely reversed. I’ve slept better than I have in my entire life. Also, I’ve been set free from emotional outburst of anger now after taking SEMB things don’t seem to bother me anymore. I am walking in a much deeper level of inner peace. A level that I have never known in my life. Also after the last treatment, I felt an intense energy sensation going through my body. I felt like I was plugged in and energized. Approximately one month ago, I started using SEMB and started receiving treatment. Surprisingly I noticed a change in the type of dreams I was having. I would dream of living or deceased relatives causing me to have concerns or me causing them concerns. Two or three of these types of dreams were followed by deaths of the relatives I dreamed of. Some dreams consisted of criminal types chasing me. I would stay up late and wake up early to avoid going back to sleep. Since receiving treatments all my dreams have been peaceful. When I dream of relatives solutions are revealed. These dreams have brought me happiness joy and a feeling of being uplifted. I have not dreamed of any criminal types chasing me. I now look forward to sleep because once again; as I knew when I was a child; I know that sleep brings peace and hope for tomorrow.

When I was younger, I was a very vocal and sometimes angry person. As I got older, I thought I was getting better at not getting angry. But, I think I was just suppressing it and keeping it deep inside.
Last week I came home and got very angry at my wife (I have never been angry at her). I didn’t know why. I didn’t know where it came from until later while listening to one of your CD’s. The anger was so intense that my back became very tight.

Healed from indigestion, bloating, body pain and headaches
Thank you so much for THI. I´ve only been coming for 2 months yet I feel so, so much better! I´m using Digest Enzymes, SEMB. I´ve had wonderful results: Almost no headaches at all. I used to take migraine medication (over the counter) 2-3 times per week. I rarely have indigestion anymore-my major complaint. My body always hurt whenever I sat. Chronic Lung Congestion heals with SEMB & Enzymes
About one year ago, my left lung felt congested. I felt a "raspyness" when I breathed in. I consulted two different doctors and endured X-rays and other tests. Both doctors were unable to treat the problem. I mentioned this to Dr Nemec and he suggested that I take SEMB and the therapeutic enzymes. I injured my foot and was in a lot of pain so I resolved to try what I used in the past which was arnica cream for the pain and inflammation. When I applied the arnica the pain increased and started to burn (this had never happened before.) So I washed it off and put the SEMB on the painful area. Like a miracle the pain instantly was gone. It was like my body was telling me it no longer wanted what worked before, it wanted to go to a higher level up health and the SEMB was what it wanted me to use to get there.

My son has been using SEMB on his sinus passages and for the first time, he did not have to take antibiotics to clear his sinus infection. It was wonderful. He usually had 2 or 3 courses of antibiotics for each infection. The SEMB definitely helped!

Dr Nemec has been working on my wrists because of my severe carpel tunnel syndrome. They have improved but are were still very uncomfortable. On my last visit Dr Nemec had connected it to a stored mental/emotional pattern. He told me to use the SEMB on them which I did and the pain was gone within a day. This was absolutely amazing since I have suffered with this condition for years. Also while using the SEMB, it instantly appeared to me what caused the blockages in my wrists. When my son went to college I didn’t want to let him go. It was very difficult for me. This emotion had stored in my wrists and I was released powerfully and quickly by using the SEMB. Praise God.

About 1 month ago I caught my fingers in my big garage door. I injured 3 fingers. As soon as it happened I the got my SEMB and put it on my fingers and started to pray. Within 5 minutes, the pain went away and I had very little swelling. Praise God, praise THI for all that we are learning.

What a blessing the custom remedy is for me. I recently took a work trip to Haiti with our church. I was a little leery of the crime and risk of malaria I had heard about, but was determined to overcome my anxiousness. I brought along my custom remedy and used it faithfully 5 times per day. Not only did I have a peaceful panic-free week but was truly surprised by an unexpected event on the way home. I don't like to fly and normally experience several adrenaline rushes and feelings of panic during a flight. The trip there was fine. I felt very comfortable. ON the flight home, out of the clear blue, the plane suddenly hit a storm and took a big drop and then began rocking side to side. Lightening came through the windows and men and women around me began screaming. The pilots shouted for everyone to stay seated and ordered all flight attendants to their seats. I managed to remain calm. No panic!!! No rushes!!! What a miracle. I'm thoroughly convinced the custom remedy along with the progress I have made with the treatment program kept my emotions stable.

At approximately 12:15 am I awoke with my heart in a state of fibrillation. This episode lasted until about 4:35 am. When I applied the SEMB ™o my heart area, thanking God for his healing and reaffirming my faith in him. At this instant my heart went into a normal rhythm. Thank you, God, for your blessing upon me.

I have had asthma since I was a child. I have had a stable respiratory system since I started at THI. This past weekend, I was working in an area with a high mold count, and started wheezing. I took my normal dose of SEMB, but instead of taking it internally, I placed it on my neck and chest. After two doses, my wheezing cleared, and I was back to normal. Wow, I thank God for the gift he has given you to use for his glory as you do. I was, again, amazed! If I had not been led by God here, I would have to go on steroids to decrease the inflammation in my lungs. I have had sinus problems and nosebleeds my entire life. My sinuses are generally dry and congested. I have begun using the SEMB and Dr. Nemec suggested that I place a dropperful over my nose. Every time that I do this I immediately feel relief in my sinuses, they feel moist and clear. I thank and praise God for this powerful healing liquid.

I came to the institute 2 ½ years ago. I started SEMB 2-3 months ago. I used it both internally and externally. I had an itching in my scalp for many years. I placed some of the solution on my scalp and it no longer has the problem. I've used it on my sinus congestion for immediate relief. I've used it on a small allergic irritation for a couple of days and it was healed.

I've only been coming here for 2 weeks and the most amazing thing happened. I could never sleep comfortable at night. I turned and tossed and went through so much trying to get comfortable. I got my SEMB formula, sat, and did what Dr. Nemec said to do with it. Then, the next day, something neat happened. After church, I laid down to nap. I woke up that evening and went to bed. I slept a total of 14 hours. Praise God! The green juice is getting rid of so many toxins, too! I am so excited about my journey to total health!

Recently, I had experienced some deep digestion problems that caused me intense abdominal pain. So bad that anything I ate caused this pain to ensue – needless to say, I was miserable. I started treatments again on a Monday, but it wasn't until Wednesday that I realized that I needed a treatment that I could take home with me. So, I had the energetic test and couldn't wait for Saturday, when they would be ready. In the mean time, I wasn't able to go to work. I missed a week, in total, due to weakness, from not being able to eat hardly anything. When Saturday arrived, and I used the SEMB ™opically after an especially painful breakfast, I experienced a nearly 80-90% reduction in pain!!! Really! This treatment is awesome! I have been able to return to work, and whenever I have abdominal pain, I go to the washroom and use the SEMB in that area. In no more than 10 minutes, I have the same 80-90% reduction in pain! On Monday, my dentist examined my mouth after I complained of pain and tenderness on the roof of my mouth. He said it was ulcerated, cause unknown, and recommended a cortisone prescription. He forgot to write it out and I did not remind him before the appointment ended. Instead I immediately began squirting one of my three SEMB applications directly onto the roof of my mouth – 5 times a day. The relief was fairly immediate and today, two days later, I can hardly feel what was so painful 48 hours ago. Thank you to Dr. Nemec and the healing energies of SEMB.

I cannot believe the difference using my SEMB has made. One use and there was a visible difference in the areas where my port was removed. You could actually see the difference! My breast where the cancer was is not only feeling better with each use, but other problems there seem to be improving, too. I am happy with the improvement. Thank you for all of your hard work. While on a retreat 2 weeks ago, I was able to follow the program more closely, creating a detox situation. My bladder felt inflamed, irritated, burned, and needed to be emptied every 5 or 10 minutes. Not only was it painful and inconvenient to urinate so often, but also it was interfering with sleep. Finally, in desperation, I asked the Lord for help to quiet my symptoms.
It instantly occurred to me to begin using 1 of my 3 SEMB applications in that area. I cupped my hand and held it directly on that area while seated on the toilet. By the 2nd application the symptoms had gone away. Amazing! What a miracle!
If I had been anywhere near home, my doctor, or a phone, I'm sure I would have been tempted to get medication. Thank the Lord. That was not even a remote options and He provided for me.

A couple months ago, I was having daily wrist pain. The pain prevented me from lifting or grasping things with that hand. I would have it intermittently for weeks on end. Then I realized that I should tell Dr. Nemec. He gave me adjustments, which helped with the pain. But, one day while I was doing and SEMB ™reatment, I felt my heart tell me to put SEMB on my wrist. I was having a lot of pain at the time and, within seconds of putting the SEMB on my wrist, the pain disappeared. The next day I gained full function back and have been pain free for 3 weeks now. What a wonderful blessing that God provided.

Just a note of thanks for the SEMB program: I started using the solution on problem areas and saw immediate and amazing results. The first application was to a very sore arm. I injured it at work, due to heavy lifting. It usually takes several days to get back to normal, but after applying the SEMB drops, it was only about 2 hours and my arm had no pain or indication of stress and strain! Needless to say, that got my attention! I started using it in other problem areas and saw great improvement. Guess what? This works! Thank God and THI! I praise God and THI for my healing.
Since starting the program 7 months ago, I praise God for the following healing:
1. I suffered with Constipation and impaction for 3 years. No longer—gone.
2. The scar from 3 different abdominal surgeries in the same place is almost gone.
3. The scar that runs the full length of the neck to the top of the head and had 3” of baldness from the top of my neck up the hair line with red patches. The hair has grown back in. The red spots are gone. The scar is 50% better.
4. I suffered from Chiari-mal Formation symptoms since 1987—gone.
5. I had high intracranial pressure for 3 years. I had too many spinal taps to relieve pressure. No high pressure anymore. No spinal taps since starting the fast.
6. My legs looked like alligator skin. Gone. It's all smooth and soft now. My oily face is gone. Dry back-gone. I never need moisturizing lotion at all.
7. My right hand used to shake with tremors for 15 years—gone.
8. I used to have vertigo and horrible fatigue—gone.
9. I had a sore on my arm the size of a dime. Had scab for 8 months. Scab is healed and completely gone.
10. Suffered from horrible headaches. I was taking morphine for this for 3 years. After 1 month on the fast I stopped my morphine and now only get a slight headache once in a while. Praise God.
11. My horrible leg spasms—gone.
12. I praise God for my emotional healing. I've truly learned in my spirit to have joy and to give thanks everyday no matter how I feel in my body.
My husband and I have been through a lot with my health. We have always had a great relationship. Now it's so much better. No words can describe it, except what God has taught us. Life is good.J

This week has been truly awesome. I have introduced the green juice, along with powerful prayer in the afternoon. I am no longer having episodes of panic attacks, which were happening daily. I thank God and Dr. Nemec for all this wonderful changing and leading me down the path of truth. Once again, the SEMB is key to balance, with the prayers of healing and thanking God who always loves us, even when we fall, which I do, then climb back as I ascend the mountain of freedom. I have been experiencing release from bondages mentally, physically and spiritually over many months. My emotions have often been tied in to my imbalances, according to Dr. Nemec. He taught me to put 1 dosage of SEMB on the area of emotions and praise and thank God for being my great physician and healer. At first, I did not recognize any results, but continued the process. Now, each time I use the SEMB on the emotions, I have such a warm feeling flood my spirit and whole being. It always brings a smile to my face. When I first came here I had two abnormal EKG's and was at a crossroads whether to be treated with the medical/drug route or go to this program. After the first week of treatment my heart started calming down to the normal heartbeats. The SEMB is wonderful! It immediately clicked in and released something from my spirit to where I wake up with a praise song in my heart and I'm ready to sing. I have no more skin rashes and no more crackled dried-out skin! The redness in my face is almost gone. I no longer ache in my joints or have stiffness to deal with. Praise God for leading me here.

I rejoice in the healing and grace God has poured out on our family through your ministry. My daughter, age 6, has been suffering for several years with blood sugar problems and dark purple bags under her eyes. After getting her on SEMB we have a new daughter.
Personally, I have struggled with obesity, severe allergies, and depression. After several friends at church recommended me to THI, I began reluctantly, but now am convinced. I feel like a new person. I am 40 pounds lighter, desensitized to allergens and have cut way down on the anti-depressant I've been on for years. Thank God for his provisions and gifts of you and THI.

Just wanted to thank you for sharing your God-given gift to all of us. Since being on the THI program, I have noticed several changes in my health. I have more energy. I am not in such pain after my car accident, which is what brought me to THI. I have to also mention the SEMB. What a powerful treatment. I have been able to let go of all of my anger, all of my hatred towards those who have hurt me. I don't get anxious about everything. I can now think clearly. I don't cry on a daily basis. I have been depressed since high school and didn't even know it. I thought it was just a part of life and I had to deal with it. Now, like I said, after taking the SEMB, all of that is gone. I feel like a new person. I feel alive and full of love. I finally was able to forgive everyone, especially myself.
Life has taken on new meaning. I am now happy and walking a better life physically, emotionally and spiritually. I also want to thank Laurie for helping me with my digestive problems. What a difference, after learning the proper way to eat and allowing my body to assimilate the foods I eat. No more stomach aches and headaches. The increase in water has also cleared my face of all those ugly blemishes. Thanks to THI I go all day with lots of energy and a big smile on my face. Life is beautiful when you know how to live it. Saturday evening when getting ready to go to bed I was able to get a sensation in my left arm and I was able to raise my left arm ten inches. On Sunday I was able to show the miraculous event to my family after dinner. I have been taking SEMB and laser treatments and, of course, my regular rebalancing treatments. I might tell you that one month ago I had a stroke. For this progress and miracle I praise God the workers at THI. What a joy!

This is my third batch of the SEMB. Due to scheduling I wasn't able to pick it up as quickly as I had hoped. So, of course, I ran out for about 3 days. I felt like I was failing, health wise. After I picked it up early on Saturday morning at 7:30am, I couldn't wait to take it. I worked a full 8 hours, but by Sunday night I felt as if someone had lifted me up. It gave me the boost and the encouragement to do the program, the seed milk, etc. It really makes a big difference in helping me work the program.

Thank you for sharing your gift of knowledge and teachings with all of us. My daughter took the energetic exam and, after receiving her SEMB, she has been taking it 5 times a day now for the last week. Already I have noticed she has dramatically decreased her mood swings. She is now able to express her emotions more freely and is once again a joy to be around. I guess you can say she hit the teen years a little early, as she is only 12 years old. I now look forward to seeing her grow, mature and become a responsible teenager. All of this with stable emotions and a better sense of humor. Prior to this, she was always angry and I can't remember when she had last laughed. Now our home is full of love and laughter.

I started taking SEMB about 3 weeks ago and noticed a calming in my spirit and a release of tension in my chest when things would get too hectic. I didn't get upset with myself or others when I couldn't get everything done that I planned.
I was on my last bottle and was going to order another month's supply. As I was getting into my car I dropped my bottle and broke it.
I ordered another month's supply but was without my SEMB for 1 day and felt the difference. I was edgy and crabby and starting rushing around again. I will be very careful with my bottles from now on.
I couldn't believe there could be such a difference in my emotions and feeling of well being. Thank you again.

I didn't realize how powerful the SEMB is until I ran out of it last week. I ran out and reordered on a Thursday. Then, on Friday, Monday and Wednesday several very stressful situations came up in my life, and I felt like I was falling apart. The stress kept me form sleeping and eating, kept my mind obsessing on my problems, and I felt like I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown!!
On Wednesday I saw Dr. Nemec and everything in my body was a mess. Dr. Nemec said it was the worst he'd seen me since I started the program. He said, “Are you taking your SEMB?” it was then that I remembered that I had been without it for six days, and that I needed to pick them up. Fortunately, they were in, and I took a double dosage right away. Within an hour, I felt much calmer, more balanced and more rational. I knew that I still had problems and was concerned about them, but I no longer felt like I was about to fall apart! And since then I have continued to feel calm, balanced and capable of dealing with my problems. Today I saw Dr. Nemec and my body was much better!! I made a big improvement in just three days! That SEMB is amazing!

After my 4th visit at THI, for the first time in three years I awoke feeling happy to be alive. I had been living with constant pain making my everyday life a tremendous effort just to accomplish the basic tasks. There were many days when the depression and pain were so intense that I wished I could die.
I also used my SEMB for the first time. It was absolutely amazing how it relieved my pain immediately when applied to my skin.
Now that I know I am on the path to healing I can look at my illness as a blessing. God is so good to me.

What a blessing the SEMB custom remedy is for me. I recently took a work trip to Haiti with our church. I was a little leery of the crime and risk of malaria I had heard about, but was determined to overcome my anxiousness. I brought along my custom remedy and used it faithfully 5 times per day. Not only did I have a peaceful panic-free week but was truly surprised by an unexpected event on the way home. I don't like to fly and normally experience several adrenaline rushes and feelings of panic during a flight. The trip there was fine. I felt very comfortable. ON the flight home, out of the clear blue, the plane suddenly hit a storm and took a big drop and then began rocking side to side. Lightening came through the windows and men and women around me began screaming. The pilots shouted for everyone to stay seated and ordered all flight attendants to their seats. I managed to remain calm. No panic!!! No rushes!!! What a miracle. I'm thoroughly convinced the SEMB custom remedy along with the progress I have made with the treatment program kept my emotions stable.

Just after retesting for SEMB I came down with the flu. It localized in my respiratory system. When the new SEMB arrived I applied it to the congested areas and immediately got relief. The more balanced and healthy my organs have become, it is amazing how I am able to sense the impact of the SEMB on them. It is extremely powerful and makes a very positive impact. To have I clear up my breathing was a God-send and certainly made my recovery from the flu bug more rapid. It also allowed me to rest more fully while not feeling so well. PTL.

What a blessing you are! Thank you for choosing to help others my husband and me, for example. When we first came to the Total Health Institute, about a month ago, I was seriously overweight, sluggish, suffering from painful arthritis in my knees, a crackly voice, frequent indigestion and sinus trouble, all of which greatly diminished the active life I used to enjoy. Soon after using the SEMB, I noticed that I could breathe freely-even at night. My sinus congestion was completely gone. I no longer have indigestion-ever. I've lost 14 pounds so far, but I feel as though I've lost 30! The pain and inflammation in my knees is way down and I can stoop to pick up something from the floor and actually get back up.
I still have a way to go on my journey to total health, but I'll be praising God for giving me a gift I didn't deserveyour wonderful teaching.

I started with totally clogged sinuses. While doing SEMB, I put the dropperful into my sinuses. It led to greater clearing of the sinuses. Now I will continue to use it in my sinuses and am confident the application of SEMB directly on sinus cavity will lead to improvement.

Last Saturday I began to have symptoms of sinusitis and allergies. I had the idea to put some SEMB in my left ear. This ear aches and has drainage that causes my throat to burn and it makes me cough a lot. This is the symptoms that begins my allergy reactions and hangs on for the longest time. Within a couple of hours, my ear had cleared up and felt normal. God bless this program for helping people to heal the way God intends for us to heal.

I continue to be amazed that my emotional healing, which has been blocked by decades of repression, is progressing so rapidly by using SEMB. Part of this healing has been that I have stopped using a topical progesterone cream, which I have used for 2-3 years for symptoms of menopause. These symptoms have dissipated over the past month, so that I don't need the cream!

Last week I injured my right foot. A drawer with 50 lbs of books and files fell on my foot. When I came for treatment last Saturday, Dr. Nemec looked at my foot. I was very concerned, since the pain was intense and my foot was bruised and swollen. Dr. Nemec, in his calm way, assured me that everything would be fine. He then told me to apply SEMB ™o my foot five times a day. Within four days of starting this procedure, my foot was better and healing rapidly. Today, one week after starting the SEMB, my foot is perfect. It's amazing and a true miracle my body had the ability to heal so quickly with the SEMB.

After three and a half months on the program, my extreme mood swings are beginning to melt away. Some days I can feel the negativity leaving and being replaced by simple joys of experiencing true health. Years ago, I had co-workers who actually worried that I had some sort of split-personality disorder. I began to think that maybe I did! The most mundane non-issues would ignite my mood. Very little gets under my skin these days, and when/if it does, a round of deep breathing and SEMB is all I need to return to a calm state. SEMB has done wonders for my mood. I've been taking ibuprofen about 2-3 times per week for headaches while on this program. I've noticed my headaches diminishing to about one per month. Yesterday, when I had a headache, I decided not to reach for the ibuprofen, but to use my SEMB and lay down. My headache was gone and I hadn't added any drugs to my body.

I want to tell everyone about my positive experience with SEMB. First off, I must say I had a little hesitation as to the power of this "Liquid" but I am now a true believer. For some reason I got out of the habit of taking SEMB and noticed I began to feel depressed. Something told me to take SEMB and after a few dosages, I began to feel emotionally better.

I just want to tell you all concerning the SEMB. It is a miracle from God. First it removed a lump from under my breast. I had it for at least 20 years. My family Doctor instructed me to leave it alone 3 months ago or so it began to bother me. Well I began to get concerned. I prayed about it and God reminded me of my SEMB. I put it on and less than 4 days it was gone with no sign it was there. Now it has done another great thing. I could not see because of inflammation in my eyes. I put the SEMB in my eyes and in less than 2 hours, my eyes had cleared up; even clearer than before. What a victory today! I have been emotionally detoxing for the last 2 days and what a crazy emotional roller coaster. Today I awoke, used my SEMB and felt a peace, also a gift of commitment in my heart. Monday and Tuesday, however, I could not think, my mind was jumbled, whenever I closed my eyes I would cry, I felt extreme fear in my throat and my stomach such tight I-am-going-to die fear, fear of walking into the unknown. But today those crazy emotions are gone. I felt that God pointed out to me these fears began when I was four because he sent another vision confirming an experience I had at that time. It was a frightful experience which is embedded in my body. I have lived in the shadow of fear for my entire life. What a release!

About one year ago, my left lung felt congested. I felt a "raspyness" when I breathed in. I consulted two different doctors and endured X-rays and other tests. Both doctors were unable to treat the problem. I started using SEMB on my lung. Right away, I began to expel the congestion through coughs. I no longer feel the raspy soured when I breathe in. Over the weekend, I had a gastrointestinal flare up which resulted in intense abdominal pain, diarrhea, long unusual belches and headache. Most recently I burned myself by taking something from the oven. I didn't think too much of it until it started to itch and I started to scratch the spot, only to find I had irritated the spot greatly (down a layer or two) to bleeding. I put on the SEMB and it began to heal and even though it looked red and ugly, it proceeded to heal with each application. Praise God and Dr Nemec's constant encouragement to focus on healing.

I have always struggled with bouts of depression, my whole adult life. I realize now that the way I dealt with my depression was by engulfing myself in either work, sports, working out, spending money, and food. I have been doing the program now for about 6 months and I am definitely healing at a very deep level. The SEMB is amazing. It helps tremendously with my depression and my dry eyes. The other night I was wrestling with my son and his head slammed off the ground and his head was in intense pain for about an hour even after I rubbed it. I finally thought of the SEMB and about 10 minutes later he said his head ache was completely gone.

My family has been attending THI for almost six months and we are coming once a week and using SEMB. We have a 6 1/3 rd month old who is also following the program and getting rebalanced. Today she fell of the bed. As I quickly grabbed my daughter and picked her up I saw a small purple bruise forming. I ran downstairs with her and grabbed my SEMB. Today my back was sore and then it started to go down my leg. "Left" I had fallen on the ice when skating with my granddaughter. So I went into the bathroom I was in a public place and poured my SEMB in my hand and splashed it on my back and left leg. The pain left within a few minutes. I was so happy of course to be free of pain. Also when I had a headache sinus pain last weekend I put the SEMB on my face and it took the pain away. In just a few minutes again. I just started taking the SEMB. Three days prior I had removed a splinter from my left index finger. Three days later it still hurt and was not healing. I had to go back and dig real deep for the other sort of splinter. Needless to say it was very painful and the skin on my finger was all torn up. I decided to put the SEMB on it. To my amazement, within 6 hours the entire finger was healed. There was no hole in my finger and the skin was completely healed as if nothing had happened. I showed this to everybody.

I am so excited to share with you that it has been 3 months since I've taken any asprin, ibprophen for sinus headaches or any kind of headaches. Now I take my wonderful SEMB. It is absolutely miraculous that when I pat the liquid on my face it is literally minutes (no more than 5) and the sinus pain is totally gone.
I have suffered from headaches for as long as I can remember & have taken bottles and bottles of Excedrin & ibprofin as if they were vitamin pills. Not anymore!! I am free of drugs and so excited that the leaky gut syndrome is soon to be gone. WOW thank you for the great blessings.

When I came to THI 2 months ago I was at a cross road. My medical doctors said that my hepatitis C would have to be treated with interferon a strong drug with many terrible side effects or else my hepatitis C would either turn into cirrhosis of the liver or liver cancer. I decided to follow my heart and not my head and so I started on the THI program. Well here I am 2 months later and I just got back the results of my most recent blood tests from my medical doctor. The results were awesome. My viral load went from 9 million the doctor said it had to be no higher than 2 million to be treated with interferon or else liver transplant would be the most likely possibility, all the way down to 800,000. The doctor was stunned, he could not believe I could lower my viral count by 8,200,000 in 2 months. He said it must be a mistake and wanted to redo the tests. There was no mistake. I did the 7 Basic Steps to Total Health & received treatment from Dr Nemec & SEMB. I did my part my body did its part. There is no mistake when it comes to healing. I thank God for this tremendous healing from a devastating disease.

I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for over half of my life. It had gotten so bad that I actually wanted to die. I prayed and prayed to ask God to take it away, but it was not his will to take it away. That would have been too easy to accept what I was always in bondage of fear and anxiety. I've cried through this all. I know that God lead me to the Total Health Institute because it was not his will that I live in my life in fear and panic. I've experienced everything a person could possibly experience. I no longer allow the old me to rise up and take control, each time it tries to come up I beat it back down by not giving into it. I know that God has allowed me to go through this for a reason. So that I may be able to help others that are giving through the same thing. Each day is a challenge for me, but I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. There were even times that my anxiety was so bad, I thought I was not going to make it to the next day, but now all I do is take my SEMB and I calm down immediately. I praise God everyday for all he has done for me; for my weakness I have found all my strength.

I want you to know that one night I was up late with abdominal pain and upset stomach. I tried to drink a lot of water but it didn't help. I decided to put the SEMB on my stomach and IMMEDIATELY the pain and upset stomach went away. AWESOME!

This past week I was on vacation from work so I started some rehab work at home. I became very sick from it and thought I was out of SEMB. My past migraines, vertigo, irregular heartbeat and pain, nausea, etc. all came back with a bacterial infection to top it off. On Friday, after having all my sickness symptoms for 3-4 days steady, I knew my migraine was going to get full blown and would end up in the hospital. I was so disappointed to go to the cabinet where I keep my migraine medicine (I had thrown out my vertigo med a long time ago after starting THI). I sadly looked in the cabinet for the migraine medicine and found another bottle of SEMB instead! I thought I was out of SEMB but I was very happily mistaken. 20-30 minutes after taking 3 dropperfuls of SEMB, all my sick symptoms were gone and I couldn't stop laughing about it. I continued to pray as I had been doing all week. In my prayers, I am so thankful for God having led me to THI and for the works and knowledge that Dr. Nemec & Laurie have. It was not by accident for me and my family to have been led to THI. All medical doctors have told me that I would need to take medicine for all my life and still have to tolerate many of the symptoms that I get. One week into the program at THI, and all my major daily symptoms disappeared with my migraines and vertigo gone the very first day after taking SEMB and having the balancing.
Not only is it beautiful to have my medical problems being resolved naturally with God's allowing it, but THI is such a positive environment to go to without any negative energy there to have to block away. Thank you Dr. & Laurie Nemec and God bless you for your hard journey to teach people to heal.

This week my heels started aching a lot. Dr. Nemec told me to use SEMB on them also. Well the first day I used it, I felt so much relief! I thank God for taking over my body and Dr. Nemec and everyone here at the Institute for their healing hands.

When I came to the institute 2 weeks ago, I was a type I insulin dependent diabetic. I had joint pain throughout my body and I was paralyzed by fear in the mornings. When I woke up each morning I would see bugs all over my hands and arms, which made me so afraid to move or get up out of bed. Well after two weeks of SEMB and treatment with Dr. Nemec, my blood sugar is normal at 119, all my joint pain is gone and when I woke up last morning, and saw the bugs, I put the SEMB on my arms and they all left, but one. I said "Be Gone" to that one and it then left also. No more problems with diabetes, joint pain, or those visions of bugs keeping me in fear. I praise God and thank him for my healing, Dr. Nemec and the SEMB.

After starting this program 2 weeks ago with numerous health challenges and doing the SEMB, a co-worker came up to me and declared your "ADD" is gone huh? Since I'm a sales rep and on the phones in an "open air" room where everyone hears each other he noticed and I noticed too how clear my thinking and expressing my thoughts are now once again just after 2 weeks.

Last week, I took my mom to her doctor's appt. Before going in, we decided to take the SEMB for protection. We went in and the doctor gave us "bad" news, according to his worldly standards & facts. We left the office, did SEMB after that visit and actually felt great. It never phased me! Not one word of it. Praise God.

It has been almost 1 year that my daughter and I decided to come to THI. Praise God for that decision I will be 72 years old and I did go to my regular doctor for my annual check up all results of the tests were blood pressure, mammogram, bone density, diabetes, cholesterol, etc were excellent or at levels of healthy. About 8 months ago I had a MOHS procedure done on my ears, it was for a pre-cancerous growth. This past week it started to bleed and I thought, this is an opportunity to use SEMB. Praise God! It worked and the ear is clear again-only 2 week and following Dr Nemec's advice. I continue to have great energy levels even my young neighbors call me Miss EnergyI know this is a "life long" process and I am just beginning but I look forward to the journey knowing that God had led us here to THI and learning, listening and taking the action necessary to be the person God wants me to be. Praise God and my gratitude to Dr Nemec & Laurie for their dedication to health.

I could not come to the Institute because I live in Germany but my sister who is a patient told me to have the energetic test and SEMB made. So I sent the required hair sample and hand written questions in. When my custom made SEMB arrived I started using it on my four problem areas, headaches, sinus problems, heart problems, and digestion problems. I told my sister the SEMB was like a miracle. It cleared my headaches and sinus condition almost immediately. This is so amazing because I have struggled with them for over 20 years. The SEMB also balanced my heart and digestive tract. I have no more symptoms have lots of energy feel 20 years younger all from taking the SEMB and applying the Simple Truths taught in the "Seven Basic Steps to Total Health" audio series. This is like a miracle to me and I thank God & Dr Nemec for it.

This morning I applied my SEMB over my eyes and did deep breathing while giving thanks to the creator. Upon waking my eyes were very painful and really red. After the treatment the pain was gone and at 6:30pm this evening I am still pain free. I am so very thankful for each and every new found moment and day of less pain. Thank you Dr Nemec.

Last week I had some very severe pain in my back. I couldn't even take a breath. I took my SEMB and applied it to my back before going to bed that night. The next morning the pain was completely gone and has not returned. Thank God and Dr Nemec for SEMB, this has been very helpful in the most powerful way. Other uses I have for these are headache pain, neck pain and knee pain. PS almost forgot also stomach pain because I have severe digestive problems.

I injured my foot and was in a lot of pain so I resolved to try what I used in the past which was arnica cream for the pain and inflammation. When I applied the arnica the pain increased and started to burn (this had never happened before.) So I washed it off and put the SEMB on the painful area. Like a miracle the pain instantly was gone. It was like my body was telling me it no longer wanted what worked before, it wanted to go to a higher level up health and the SEMB was what it wanted me to use to get there.

A few weeks ago I noticed 3 little bumps on my knuckle. A few days later, the bumps merged into one big bump. I then realized that this was probably a wart. I started putting SEMB on it a few times per day and now the bump is separating back into 3 bumps and getting smaller. Hopefully, my wart will be gone in a few days without leaving an ugly scar like a wart remover would.

We had wonderful news yesterday from my internist and friend in whom I have been seeing every 3 months since my chemo and radiation surgery over 2 years ago. Being in THI's program of healing and raw plant-live plant diet, I was concerned about my red and white blood cell counts that have been low and a struggle since chemo. Well, praise God, and thanks to this program, both have increased significantly in less than 3 months coming to THI. Thank God that he led me 180 degrees from taking more chemo due to reoccurring stomach cancer!

Since undergoing tests that were done at a hospital, I had red marks that were left on my stomach, wrists and the inside of my elbow. I was told that I was probably allergic to the tape. I tried creams, lotions and nothing worked. My doctor said it was strange and that the blood had just become stagnated. I was using the SEMB and putting it on my liver area and I saw that the red marks on my stomach was going away. I started using it on the marks on my arms and they are fading away. The SEMB works like a miracle. I put it on an inflamed area that I have had for quite some time. Instantly the pain & inflammation were gone. I could not believe it, but I do believe it because it was custom made for my body, mind and emotions. I just did not think I would work this fast. I thank God for this healing journey.

After 9-11 I had fear of flying I never rode the plane until 2 weeks ago & the fear had gone after being on SEMB.
