Thank you for the journey. Truly it is a journey. I was a skeptic at first. Now I know the truth is forth coming. This week I had a dynamic experience. As typical with all major holiday’s my parents have always wanted my presence up north. I, on the other hand, have always wanted not to go up north on a major holiday. I like to say, accidentally – however, I know it was God’s working, I played your water tape on the way to work and I was completely stressed out about going up north at the time. You talked on this tape about positive and negative frequencies, and how our emotional balance increase and decrease frequencies. God was talking to me at the time – how I was blessed immediately, I released my stress and gave it to the Lord. Within a second all my pain went away in my abdomen. I know now how the journey is combined with body, mind and spirit and healing is taking place. God Bless

Re: The teaching tapes help heal food addictions
While I’ve been on my healing journey I have experienced quite a colorful array of attitudes and different emotions regarding my journey. At times my attitude is gratitude and there are quite frankly some real “poor me” times. When certain emotions would surface I would start to reach for a cookie or something that has sugar in it but instead of reaching for something to satisfy my flesh I reached instead for the teaching tapes! That’s right the teaching tapes. I then would break my mind barrier, and my peace is restored. The teaching tapes inspire me, Godly direction comes and most of all I get what I really needed which was to hear God’s plain TRUTH! Well these teachings help explain and interpret the truth in a way that I can understand. Just wanted to share my experience, strength and hope with you.

Metastasized breast cancer healed through following heart getting the revelation from the teaching tapes
I have been on the THI program for four months now. When I started I was very fearful because of my diagnosis of metastasized breast cancer, but I decided to follow my heart and not my head. So I began the program, doing all the treatments and therapies and coming to classes and listening to all the tapes. What a change in my health and life in 4 months. I know I am healed. I no longer walk in fear. I feel great because I know that I know that I know that I am healed.
I have followed my heart and done what I was led by God to do. He has done the rest.
PS The tapes made all the difference in my healing because when I had down days and the fear and worry tried to creep back in, all I had to was keep listening to Dr. Nemec speak the Truth and I was once again lifted up.

Dear Doctor Nemec and Laurie
I cannot thank you enough for putting me on the road to Total Health well, I know the Lord actually placed me on the road but you are the obedient instrument He is using to guide me on that path.
The Seven Basic Steps teachings have literally changed my life physically, emotionally and spiritually.
By the way, I know that I'm healed, but my family does not really understand that concept, so for their sakes, I have had some blood tests recently. You probably don't know this I had forgotten myself that a year ago when I was diagnosed with cancer I was also diagnosed with osteoporosis. The doctors confirmed what I already know (and did not need any physical evidence to prove) that my body is healed from osteoporosis and of "aggressive" cancer.
So, again doctor Nemec and Lori, I give thanks to God for you and His ministry through you. My life has been deeply transformed. And, by His grace, I will remain, on the path on which God has put me the path of continuing Total Health, body mind and spirit..why would I ever want to be anywhere else.

Healing body, mind and spirit
Owning my own supplement company, I had a lot of experience in the concept of natural healing. When I first came to THI, my first impression was Dr. Nemec's love for his wife. Dr. Nemec and Laurie's bravery, faith in God, and unwavering commitment to find answers should serve as evidence that, indeed, all things are possible with God.
I was dealing with anxiety from just being driven and driven. I though I had made the connection of mind, body, and spirit. THI showed me, however, that no matter how many great nutrients you put in your body, your health will not prosper until there are no emotional blockages as well as physical blockages. I then learned that I could not remove emotional blockages until I learned how to love myself unconditionally, the way God loves me. To love myself unconditionally, I had to learn that it was okay to do so. I listen to the tapes over and over and over, and it changed my life.
My anxiety was controlled within a few weeks; it was awesome. I had seen doctors who ridiculed the likes of Dr. Nemec. They did not help, and Dr. Nemec did. I realized then how much even I was brainwashed. We all are. It then led me to a deeper relationship and dependence on God. I find myself praying about every little decision, hiring new employees, which supplier to go with, etcetera. This has all improved my health as it has improved my well-being. In conclusion, your image of yourself will be a mirror to your health picture. If you see yourself as a sick cancer patient, so shall it be. If you see yourself as a testimony in the making and then as a vessel to bless other, you will do well.
This whole process was learned here at THI. Listen to the tapes over and over and over; get it in your spirit and you will fly. Dr. Nemec and Laurie, thank you for letting go and letting God; through you the number of lives that can be touched is, well, huge. To those reading this, pray for this movement. It is key to our country's future in health.

Teaching, changed life forever, saved my life
Being part melancholic and part sanguine, I can have a tendency to be very emotional, which, of course, has a good side. However, recently, despite years and years of personal study of the emotions from both a Biblical and physical point of view, I have become aware of just how far you can mess up your body through wrong thinking.
Despite studying book after book on the subconscious mind, psycho emotionally-induced illnesses, and grace doctrines around the clock, I still didn't think just how much worse I made physical condition by worrying and panicking about it until I got the tapes from the Total Health Institute and heard Dr. Nemec talk about the mind/body connection.
The first night I heard one of the tapes on this subject changed my life forever!!!!! I cried and cried and cried tears of joy and was instantly relieved of many symptoms I imagined. I now believe by worrying and panicking over symptoms, you can increase your illness far beyond whatever physical problems you have.
Thanks to the Total Health Institute, I now realized that in addition to the physical side of health, I need to also restrain my thinking and that it's okay to not have all the answers about symptoms. But just keep taking baby steps forward and the body will heal itself, even if we have a million unanswered questions.

Today is my second treatment and I have begun listening to the tapes. I am in awe of the integration of the information with everyday life. I have listened to audio tapes by Deepak Chopra, Carolyn Myers and Wayne Dyer and I have learned a tremendous amount of "truth" from them. But I am overjoyed to have this "truth" combined with the spiritual component. I am finding answers to spiritual questions I have had forever! In addition, I'm learning about living in the spirit and feeling more comfortable about following my heart rather than my head. I am looking forward to listening to the tapes at every opportunity.

I absolutely love your tape program. I just finished listening to TIME wow! Then I went on to SPACE another WOW! What a great gift! I started to tear up with JOY in the fact that I found this wonderful institute! I have read so much for years and Dr Nemec's teachings are, I think the purest, highest, transformative and truth giving teaching on the planet. I feel so priviledged to experience this truth! I just started listening to BELIEF another liberating, clarifying, teaching, WOW! I really love the HOW TO tapes, they are terrific and so helpful in understanding the HOW TO beginning steps. Healing from cancer and the devastating side effects of chemotherapy, the teaching is as important as the treatments
God is so good. Not only did my hemoglobin go up to 13.4, the swelling in my ankles has gone down. This program has got to be a miracle from God. I listen to my tapes everyday, and believe me, they are just as important as the treatment or even more so because they will help you and me stay on target and grow spiritually, the way God wants us to.

The teaching tapes have given me all the hope in the world to heal. My Constipation is gone and my tongue sores and even pain has cleared.
I wasn't quite a believer at first. I'm opening up as I review Dr. Nemec's tape series. There is all the hope in the world in this teaching program. The certainty and conviction in the delivery of Dr. Nemec's message backed by experience and science is making me a believer! The dietary transition is improving my bowel function. I was very constipated for at least one month, now after listening to the tapes and applying the 7 Basic Steps to Total Health, my Constipation is gone and my tongue cleared up of its sores.

I just wanted to tell people that even if you can't come to the Institute like I can't because I travel a lot, if you follow the program, the tapes and the spiritual work, miracles can happen. We have been able to travel around the country with an energy and vitality that can only come from the miracle of the Total Health Institute program. Doing the 7 Basic Steps to Total Health and most importantly the spiritual and emotional work I am reaching a level of health and vitality that is truly miraculous. Fibromyalgia and blood pressure are healing, the teaching is awesome.
It has been about 2 ½ weeks of attending THI and the results I have felt have been unbelievable, mentally, physically, and spiritually. My thyroid is improving and my blood pressure taken today was 108 over 76. It has not been that low in several years. Previous readings 3 months ago were 139 over 89.
I have had much more daily energy and a feeling of well-being but the most remarkable is I have had no aching joints and nerves (fibromyalgia) since I started the program, and today was a rainy day. I always knew when it was going to rain a day before.
Dr. Nemec's sleep class was awesome and one of the most important parts of the healing process. Since starting the program I have been getting 9-9 ½ hours sleep nightly and it also has made a huge difference in my not feeling tired but having energy each day.

Teaching tapes showed me how to release stored toxic emotions.
Your newest tape series is fabulous. I just finished the breathing tape and I now know what my breathing means to me. I thought I knew how to breathe, but the tape took me through the steps and I actually felt the blockages in my solar plexus area (emotions). By following the technique, the blockages are breaking up. I can feel it happening. The first two tapes of the series are very clear and precise. They organize the process. I can't wait to continue.

The class on health I went to really helped me out. I was struggling with such strong craving for junk food. When Dr. Nemec taught about covenants, it made me think about what I was putting into my mouth. The body is the temple of the God's Spirit. I now pray first and ask the God if this food will help me and glorify God or be bad for me and my health. What a difference! I am set free from sugar addictions. Thanks.

Total Health Institute is the answer to many prayers. When we first started to come here in we were awed by how God has led you in your mission to teach others how to be whole in body, mind and spirit and to at last find how to be healed of many problems. We had been searching for 25 years to find the right way and rejoice to be able to come here for treatment, for classes, for relationships with others who come, and because God is in this.
I personally have the answer to difficulties I could never correct before-digestion, Constipation, and Insomnia. These were bad and getting rapidly worse. Now because of the program, I never run out of energy during the day and never want to take a nap. My muscles are toned and my stomach is flat from the diet and rebounding. I am grateful for all these things, but especially for the love you give to everyone.

Desiring to heal in body, mind and spirit
Initially, I was drawn to THI for physical healing. Within a few short weeks of listening to tapes and going to classes, I began to realize that I was desiring a spiritual healing or renewal as my primary goal. For several years, I've tried to learn all kinds of ways to grow closer to God through prayer, quiet time, and Bible study, but I was always stuck. I barely inched forward. In the past two weeks, I have such a sense of excitement. I am recognizing God's nudging and I am not debating, but willingly obeying. He is often speaking to me regarding just slowing down and "being" in the moment. He's showing me how to enjoy each moment, even be grateful for pain because it is simply showing me an area that needs attention.
I wake up each day excited to see what God will do next!!

The teaching is awesome
Why did it take me so long to listen to the tapes? Well, God led me to them and what a revelation in regards to time, space, religion, and belief systems. This is totally awesome. The challenge of letting go of and stilling your your mind is phenomenal. Previously I could not still my mind, it was always racing. Now I am able still it for 10 minutes. It's unbelievable how far I have journeyed. I thank Dr. Nemec and God for all the blessings for the journey as I live to live in the present moment.

A transformed in body, mind and spirit
I have been coming to Total Health Institute and listening to the teaching tapes for about 9 weeks now. Through these weeks I have experienced a change physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Physically I have more energy and improved complextion.
Emotionally I have been able to let go of a lot of feelings of insecurity, bitterness, anger and feel much more at peace. Even when I do get stressed out, as we all do with the business of life, I can feel that inside the knot or bubbling emotions are much less and not overwhelming anymore, I feel in control rather than the emotions controlling me.
Spiritually I feel a closeness to God that I have never felt before. My first response to decisions and difficulties is to go to God in prayer and ask for his guidance. I have such a peace to know that he is in control and will lead me. I have a greater desire to be led by him and to be aware that he is teaching me something through every situation, God is so Good.

The truth on the tapes is setting me free from stored emotional toxins
What have I gotten myself into? This is the question that I am asking? Once one knows the truth you cannot not know the truth. Listening to the tapes continues to free and encourage me to go deeper. I am beginning my second time around with listening to the tapes. Dr. Nemec talked about being unblocked and doing what the Spirit leads you to do. Sitting and preparing for a seminar, I was led to put my hand over my heart. In doing so I began to cry and become overwhelmed. I yanked my hand from my heart. Memories rushed back of what it felt like to be in utero during my seventh month. All of the sadness and shame that my Mom felt while carrying me was present at that moment. Day by day, God is revealing and healing more of the stored emotions that I never knew existed. Thanks be to God who is our present help.

During my climb and also my fall, THI has been a resource of tremendous support. The tapes and books helped me in my time of struggles. There is so much truth & knowledge in both. I find the more I listen, I am encouraged that much more. The tapes and books help remind me of and support my journey back to the right way of living. Dr Nemec speaks of not relying on our own will power but to rely on God's strength. It is through Him that we can do all things. We are more than conquers. We are loved and we are free.
