When I started the Total Health Institute, I had total insomnia and anxiety and I could not eliminate on my own. Constipation for many, many months. I now feel like a new person, transformed. I can not even begin to explain the new difference, except I am new. I know I am healing and for the first time in my life, I have hope. Thank you Dr. Nemec and thank you Total Health Institute.

Thanks for the help in putting me on the road to great health. Prior to coming to the Institute I could not stand for long periods without experiencing severe swelling (legs). In less than a month being on the program, the swelling has left. Now I can stand all day without a problem. Last week I worked two 16 hour days in a row. At the end of each day, I had to literally “switch off”. There was no fatigue, no swelling.

RE: Set Free From Fear, Anger and Anxiety after 3 weeks on Program
1. Three weeks ago when I started Total Health Program, I felt angry, tired, negative, woke up several times during the night with an overwhelming sense of fear and anxiety that all I could do is pray so I can calm down again enough to go back to sleep. I would hurt all over and just did not care whether I lived or died in spite of the fact that I have a 17 year old (beautiful son).
2. Now my body feels lighter, I wake up less during the night and I no longer feel anxious & fearful or angry. I am more positive, I have more energy. I just been slowly introducing more lifestyle changes and have started the SEMB, Supreme Food and Cell food, Digest P enzyme and Oxygen drops, as well as the liver detox tea. I have also had 3 treatments with Dr. Nemec.
3. I am so encouraged to know that even though I’ve done very little so far, now every day I feel so alive and a positive influence to those around me. I am looking forward to growing and helping my family get healthier and grow with me.

I’m writing this because I am so excited to say that I have been off all my anti-depressants for 10 days now – after having been on them for 14 years!!!! Not surprisingly, many people in my life did not think this was a good idea! But, it’s something I’ve definitely felt God put in my heart. He wins! It has not been easy, but He encouraged me to get back to the basics of the program, and today I’m feeling really good. I definitely don’t feel DEPRESSED! I’ve been surprised by normal feelings – when I feel sad and I cry and then it’s over. Before, I felt like strong emotion and crying would completely overwhelm me. I’m actually praising God for these tears! I know they are tears of healing! Thank you and God Bless.

Re: Treatment releases the emotional toxins and changed me from impatient and cranky to calm and relaxed
I want to thank the Lord, you and my wife for a choice to really enjoy my life. I am starting to acquire a sense of calm. Due to my childhood I had developed a bit of a short fuse. As much as I love God, my wife and children I still would get into a cranky mood. For about 8 months prior to starting at THI I prayed to God to make me stronger spiritually, emotionally and physically. Almost everyday I felt there had to be a better way. Well, a wonderful wife does wonders for a husband. I truly believe that God answered my prayers through my wife, she was the one that told me about THI. I started the program in December. A big difference came after my first treatment. I noticed my mood improving. I had heard you could have emotional detoxification (mood swings) after the treatment. Well, mine was positive. I am now relaxed and easy going. I still have a sense of urgency when needed but overall I am in control of myself. I no longer feel like I am caged in. Again thank you so much.

I have been on Dr. Nemec’s program for almost 4 years. My baby is almost 10 months old. He has been very strong since the beginning. He was moving body in surprising ways – revealing his strength. When he was around 3 months old he was doing stomach crunch (sit up) type movements. At 6 months and 1 week he could stand up in the middle of the floor with nothing to pull upon. One day before he turned 8 months, he took his first steps and within days he would take a few at a time. Now he runs and has been for a while. We are continually surprised by his strength. He pushes his sisters who are 9 and 5 ½ around together in a Little Tikes Cozy Coupe (pushing 90+ pounds with no problem). He has been very energetic and healthy. He has been exclusively on breast milk until 8 ½ months, when I added seed milk with Supreme Food every morning. He chews around on a few raw vegetables and has started eating smashed avocado. He is my fifth child and although my other children were healthy, they were not as strong. My other children all started walking from 11 ½ months to 13 ½ months. This is a drastic difference. My pregnancy with Asher was much better than the others. I never had any major problems with other pregnancies, but still had nighttime leg cramps, trouble sleeping, not a lot of energy. With my last pregnancy these were not a problem. I gained less weight and felt great. My birth with Asher was fast and without complication. It was less than one hour that I knew I was in labor. I also rebounded through my whole pregnancy including the strength bounce until about 3 weeks before my due date and then after that lighter bouncing till the end.

I was happy to see that just after 2 weeks I had amazing results. I have always had borderline hypertension and high cholesterol. I had a blood draw for a follow up on a work physical and something remarkable happened. My cholesterol went from 239 to 183. My borderline blood pressure went from 150/90 to 118/70. NO MEDS FOR ME!!

I want to thank you so much for the power of these therapies and treatments. After the first treatment, my son’s allergies that he has been struggling with for many months were reduced by 90%. He was like a different child. You had tested him for air samples of his room, the outside, the inside and other areas of the house. You did a treatment to all that he reacted to and he was 90% improved by the next day. I thank God and Dr. Nemec for this program and for my son’s healing.

My first visit to the institute was on September 30. I had mixed emotions for several reasons. First, I wondered if it was for real. In college, in a marketing class, our professor said if it’s too good to be true it probably is not for real. Could this utopia be an answer to prayer or am I a gullible consumer? To me the proof will be in the healing. So, I preserved began treatment at the THI. It was such a peaceful experience!
The following week I experienced the proof I needed. Instead of eating Advil like M & M’s every day, I found myself moving freely without pain. I believe I am on my way to total health. I’m ready for the journey to begin and to share it with those I love and those that God will place in my path. Many thanks to Dr. Nemec, and Laurie for their positivity, compassion, and knowledge. RE: AFTER A TREATMENT, MY CHORNIC INFLAMMATION AND VISION LOSS WAS TOTALLY CLEARED UP
I know how important it is to me to get rebalanced. This to me is a very important step in healing it always makes me feel less stressed and pain free. I have a permanent eye problem and the inflammation is always there, but getting rebalanced is like a miracle, the eye becomes clear and the pain is gone and is gone for about a week without my steroid medication, until I do something to bring myself out of balance.

RE: BEING IN BALANCE CAUSES HEALING TO OCCUR 10 TIMES FASTER
On September 29th at 2:30, I fell going down the steps and turned my right foot under my whole body weight. My left knee hit the marble floor and I was not able to put any weight on my left leg. After a trip to the E.R. for a check up and x-ray, we found there was no break, but the right foot was torn. They wrapped the foot and put an air brace on it, and sent me home with crutches.
Saturday morning, I had a rebalancing treatment. By Saturday evening, the 30th, I said ‘Ya know, it’s more trouble to use the crutches then just walk on the right foot”. I had no pain with weight on the right foot. Thank God or the Total Health Institute. It is not the alternative in my book. It is the primary care place to be! Thanks to Dr. Nemec and Laurie for continuing to forge ahead with health research information. This is our future in health care.

RE: TREATMENT RELEASES THE “ROAD RAGE” EMOTIONAL TOXIN
Last week after my rebalancing treatment while driving back home I realized I totally pardoned a driver who blatantly cut me off and said out loud to them in my car “go ahead sweetie”, “you must be in a hurry!” This was totally a reaction I would have had in reverse in prior times given the same situation. Road rage was always a struggle before that night.

Aah the Fall! A wondrous time of the year, yet the past has always dictated massive mood swings, allergies and physical joint pain. Even hospital stays have plagued me in years gone by.
So my work continues in healing myself. And now I have yet another new set of tools. Thank You God for the gift of Total Health Institute!
As I more quickly walked up the wooden stairs today, I was reminded of the first time I held the railing and willed my body up. Despite the pain, I reached the top and quickly sat. Would it always be so difficult?
No, today proved that. Despite the allergens in the air, no matter the humidity and regardless of the rain. Today I was able to walk those wooden stairs without a railing and without pain.
Soon I will take those stairs two at a time. With God’s help and my efforts, ALL things are possible. Thank you all here for being in this journey.

I washed my hair and was combing it out when it was dry, when I noticed that the shine was back and that a lot gray hair was gone. My daughter asked me if I colored my hair and I said that I haven’t for about 5 months. I was so surprised and grateful that I was showing everybody. Another “happening” at THI. Each day I thank the Lord for all His blessings in my life. My improved health is a major blessing. Thanks to my discovery, really the Lord guiding me to this destination at THI.
My first visit here helped me realize that unreal, unbelievable healing occurs here. So I have a journal of “Encounters of the THI kind”.
The most recent entry is “Long nails reappearing” I haven’t had them in years! And they are hard, not soft. I can even type with them. Another Blessing. As always, thank you Lord for THI and Dr. Nemec and Laurie.

I have been taking sleeping medication for 10 years. I stopped taking the medication as soon as I started the THI program. After my first treatment that night I slept straight through till morning. I am free from drugs. Yippee!

I wanted to thank the Lord and Dr Nemec and Laurie for this wonderful opportunity that we all have in THI. I came here with lupus autoimmune disease which was affecting my skin and kidneys. Doctors advised me to get chemo for my kidneys because I had too much protein in the urine causing urinating problems and swelling of my body. Since I have started the program my kidneys are doing much better. I am urinating without water pills. My cholesterol went down from 540 to 350. I’m looking forward to deeper healing and I’m greatly thankful for what has happened so far. Thank you Lord, Dr. Nemec and Laurie for your work and encouragement.

After one month on the program, I have had significant healing. My thyroid function has returned to normal. It has shrunk down to normal size. The nodule which has been present for 8 years was completely gone. My thyroid was healed in one month. Four weeks ago I went off my blood pressure medication. My numbers were 152/110 and yesterday they were 116/88. It is truly a miracle. I feel significant changes in my body. I have renewed energy. I can feel my body healing. This is a tremendous journey. I look forward to every moment.

I do say thanks for getting me on the straight and narrow. The fact I am where I am today is miraculous. I’m not were I will be, but by the grace of God I am where I am now. I had an ultrasound done over a year ago and my CA 125 (cancer tumor marker) was normal (this was after one year on the program at THI). When I went into the emergency room 3 ½ years ago my CA 125 was 144(this was before starting on the program at THI). The radiologist at the Hospital who read the results a year ago said in the working of his report that he did not know what to call it! All I know is that I praise God for healing thus far and that I will continue to heal.

Re: Healing of diabetes and high blood pressure
Praise the Lord! Today I had an appointment with the doctor I had gone to one month before I came to Total Health Institute. I had to stop my insulin because it would make my blood sugar drop to low. When they checked my blood pressure it was 111/61 and that was outstanding. I stopped taking my blood pressure medication and have not had increase in blood pressure. I thank and praise God for Dr Nemec and how he yields himself to God and how he speaks the truth about health and helps all those who follow their heart on the path to Total Health and healing.

Re: Healing from 15 years of yearly allergies to golden rod and ragweed!
During the autumn months, I have suffered with a burning and itching throat, stuffy nose and watery eyes in addition to the headaches. The itching and burning throat has always been the most difficult. The moment the yellow wildflower/weed appears my symptoms start and last for weeks.
This is the first year all of the symptoms have been non-existent….completely gone!!! I even walked through a field of golden rod and it didn’t even phase me. Each time I saw these yellow flowering plants along the side of the roads, I smiled and thanked God for the healing he has led me to. The borders that blocked the river of life in my body are slowly and consistently being removed. Each day there are more releases and more life flows freely in my mind, body and spirit. I thank God for this amazing blessing and I thank Dr Nemec for being the LORD’S vessel of life and healing here at THI.

After my last treatment I felt the presence of God unlike I had never experienced in my life. My mind became totally still, I felt no emotions just pure love. It was so awesome I don’t want it to ever end. Now I understand what you Dr Nemec meant when he said “When the body is balancing and the mind is stilled, and we have released the stored emotional toxins, heaven comes to earth in the moment! This is exactly what I experienced. Praise God.

I would like to take this time to give praise and thanks to God and for sending me to THI. After only 3 weeks of treatment. I do not have any lower back pain (which was very painful), and the vision in my right eye is much improved.

Re: Cholesterol Healed

When I came to THI my HDL was 70 and my LDL was 200. Being on the program for a few months the LDL went up to 219, as I was detoxifying. I had my cholesterol re-checked and my HDL is 78 and my LDL is 98. I thank THI for teaching me and guiding me to total health. I thank God and I praise him everyday of my life.

After about a month I’ve stopped the coughing and not being able to breath. Also, I haven’t had to use my inhaler. In the past two weeks I’ve been sleeping better and not waking up at 2 am anymore. The Lord is working through this program. I’m so thankful.

Thank you so much for teaching me to live how God wanted me too. I came here 4 ½ months ago, having a thyroid problem for a few years. My basal temperature was rarely above 97.2 first thing in the morning. There were times it was as low as 96.6. Since I started here, I concentrated more on getting well and healing instead of taking my temperature every morning. You told me that my temperature would come back up again. Sure enough, I measured my temperature the last few mornings and it was 98.3! Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and my family. The gift of good health in all aspects far outweighs anything materialistic. We are eternally grateful.

I am writing to share my testimony. After two treatments with Dr. Nemec my menstrual cycle returned to normal, which I did not have for two years. I was under the care of an Endocrine specialist who after 2 MRIs and medicines advised that I would need to take it for the rest of my life. RE: Miraculous Healing of Colon cancer
Once again in a very short period of time I have had significant healing in my body. The power and miraculous healing of this program is outstanding. My health history with my colon is long and hard. Six years ago, I had 6ft removed and re-sectioned. I have had chronic diverticulitis for over 15 years. After my surgery my doctors guaranteed me that I would never have another attack.
Imagine my dismay and total disheartened response when I had a horrible diverticulitis attack Jan 20th of this year. I had just started the program, and was removing old fears and blockages. Again, I was afraid, the old response was back.
At that time I ran a CT scan of my stomach, the findings were inflammation, several diverticuli and the area in question was in suspect of a neoplasm (cancer). This wasn’t good.
I followed my heart, and dove into the program! This was a huge fear blockage to let go of.
Yesterday, I ran my colonoscopy. As you can imagine; my joy, when the findings were outstanding. My colon is completely healthy. Only two diverticuli were present. The area of concern with the neoplasm was completely healthy. They could find nothing, but a very healthy, pink colon.
I cannot express to you how this area of my body was a chronic health concern. So much energy went into fear, anxiety and sadness in stressing about this area, it consumed me.
I am completely FREE! My mind, body and spirit are healed in this area. Nothing short of a miracle, I can FINALLY move on. I am so blessed to have found the Total Health Institute!

RE: Newborn Baby 14 Days of Constipation Healed 5 Minutes After 1st Treatment, It’s a miracle!
My newborn baby had two bowel movements his first week after being born. After that all bowel function stopped. After 1 week I became really concerned. After 2 weeks I brought him to my pediatrician, he told me not to be concerned this can be normal. I left the doctors office in dismay. I thought to myself “how in the world could this be normal”. I feared either a major bowel obstruction maldigestion, malabsorption, dehydration or possible bowel disease. As soon as I left the pediatricians office I called the Total Health Institute and was able to speak to the health associate who told me some of the possible treatments that could be done. The staff was just great in telling me to bring my baby in immediately to have Dr. Nemec examine him. Well to make a long story short. Dr. Nemec looked at my 3 week old son, told me each organ, gland and neurological level that was out of balance. He proceeded to rebalance each area gently and within 5 minutes my son had his first bowel movement in 14 days. It was a miracle! I could not stop thanking and praising God for this miracle! I knew in my heart what the pediatrician said was not right. So I followed my heart to Total Health Institute and there is where we found our healing, our miracle!

Dear Dr. Nemec and THI Patients-
Thank you and praise God for the principles of wisdom you teach at the Total Health Institute!
I am 40 years old and have been slowly going blind for the past 12 years. I have been to some of the best retinal doctors in the United States, and their consistent message is that the macular degeneration I am experiencing is genetically caused, irreversible, and will progress to legal blindness over time.
Since beginning the THI program on August 1st, there has been a noticeable improvement in the clarity and color perception in my left eye (which is in a less advanced state of degeneration than my right eye). At first I had flashes of color brightness and the ability to see subtle reflections off objects-now these sensations are occurring all the time! It is a wonderful experience, and it gives me strength and faith to believe that, in time, the healing will progress and eliminate the blind spots I have in my visual field.
Please share this letter with people who are experiencing visual difficulties. It is very common for ophthalmologists and retinologists to tell patients with macular degeneration or other serious eye problems that nothing can be done, or that they will go blind. I do not believe this to be true, and I expect that I will be writing further encouraging testimonies as my healing progresses. Thanks again!

After taking the treatment, therapy and custom remedy for 6 months, I have experienced life changes. It is amazing how clear things are, my emotions are controlled and my sense of fear has diminished so greatly that I am becoming "fearless."
I have shared these wonderful and powerful changes with family and friends. In fact my daughter, who is 16 years old, has been struggling with emotional issues. Doctors wanted to put her on drugs, but I knew better. After thought and prayer, God led me to talk with my husband and Dr. Nemec on a plan to help our daughter. I have been suffering from chronic fatigue for the past three years and no other doctor has been able to help me. I became very hopeless, I thought I was going to live like this forever, "What a horrifying thought!!!"

I am so excited! I am a diabetic and have been listening to you on the radio for about a year or more. We-my husband and I-finally decided to come to the Institute. My blood sugar has been very high. The last month it was in the high 200s and on Thursday last week, it was 328 in the p.m. Today, after three days of treatments, my sugar was 131. Yesterday I totally forgot to take my pills-I take three medications 3 times per day, and when the sugar is still high, I take a fourth. So today at noon, my reading was 131 without medication and I praise the Lord.

I have had ¾ of my thyroid removed-2 surgeries-I started reacting to my medication. Wednesday I had a rebalancing treatment and specialized therapy directed to rebalance my thyroid gland. I was only sleeping 4 hours a night-Wednesday PM I slept 6 ½ hours and by Sunday PM I was sleeping 8 hours. Thank you Lord.

Amazing! Simply amazing! Those are the words I use to describe the change in my energy levels. Just a little over a month ago, I was a person who would be tired from the time I would wake up to the time I would go to bed. That has all changed! Just wanted to thank you for sharing your God-given gift to all of us. Since being on the THI program, I have noticed several changes in my health. I have more energy. I am not in such pain after my car accident, which is what brought me to THI. I have to also mention the SEMB. What a powerful treatment. I have been able to let go of all of my anger, all of my hatred towards those who have hurt me. I don´t get anxious about everything. I can now think clearly. I don´t cry on a daily basis. I have been depressed since high school and didn´t even know it. I thought it was just a part of life and I had to deal with it. Now, like I said, after taking the SEMB, all of that is gone.

When I first came here I had two abnormal EKG´s and was at a crossroads whether to be treated with the medical/drug route or go to this program. After the first week of treatment my heart started calming down to the normal heartbeats. The treatment is wonderful! It immediately clicked in and released something from my spirit to where I wake up with a praise song in my heart and I´m ready to sing. I have no more skin rashes and no more crackled dried-out skin! The redness in my face is almost gone. I no longer ache in my joints or have stiffness to deal with.

Thank you so much for the Total Health Institute. Since coming here I´ve noticed a fantastic increase in my energy! Before, I used to be tired all the time. Now from the time I get up until the time I go to sleep, I am full of energy. I also have a sense of well being that I have not felt in some time now. Also the condition of my acne has improved greatly. For 15 years I´ve been suffering from constant acne on my back. Since coming to the Institute my acne has improved dramatically. I have been coming to Total Health Institute for almost a month. When I came I had "major" health challenges. I had a "fatty" liver when left unchecked could go into cirrhosis; I was not getting enough oxygen to the front side of my heart and was having daily chest pain. I was on thyroid medication, blood pressure medication, I was having trouble with blood clots in my legs; I had fibromyalgia, a hiatal hernia, etc. You get the picture. Oh yes, I am very overweight.
After one month, I have no chest pains, no fibromyalgia pain, and no pain in my liver and kidney area (if I drink all the water I am supposed to). I have lost weight and have much more energy.

I have been studying the natural health art for over 7 years and I´ve made many changes in my life. However, I still struggled with a variety of
issues: digestion; tiredness; inability to get out of bed, no matter how much sleep I got; huge restrictions in my upper back and neck; severe car sickness; dizziness; not to mention all the other things that I didn´t yet know about in my body´s imbalances.

I am so thankful that God led me to Total Health Institute. For the last five years my health has been on a steady decline. I´ve developed asthma, chronic sinus infections, stomach/intestinal problems, allergies, eczema-you name it! For five years my immune system has been pathetic-I got every illness that was going around, came down with "mystery viruses" which lasted months and defied diagnosis. I had severe pelvic pain and was diagnosed with endometriosis.
I had all the typical treatments for endo. Surgery helped and I was put on estrogen-suppressing drugs, but in two months, the pain was back. I had a bad reaction to Lupron and could not keep taking it. I went on Danazol, but my pain only got worse, plus I began having panic attacks. I also noticed severe fatigue, memory problems and other mental changes. I then went off Danazol and tried painkillers but they did not dull the pain enough. Then the painkillers caused severe nausea and gastric bleeding, so I had to come off those.
So one year after diagnosis, I felt I was out of options. There were no more drugs to try and I didn´t want to have surgery every year. And I was NOT willing to have my uterus and ovaries removed at age 25!!! I felt completely hopeless. What made this even worse was the effects that the illness had on my personal life-I had no energy to be with people or relate to anyone or to do any of the things I was accustomed to doing. It was all I could do to drag myself to work every day and then drag myself back to bed. I lived in constant fear of losing my job. And I could not see any way that things would improve.
By the time I heard of Total Health Institute, I did not want to live anymore. I had actually begun to actively research ways to commit suicide. One week I had somewhat of a breakdown and went to spend a week at my friends apartment. AT that time she began to tell me about how her sister, had found this place Total Health Institute. She had urged me in the past to seek alternative natural healing methods for my illness. She gave me Dr. Nemec´s book.
After I read Dr. Nemec´s book I thought that I ought to at least give this natural healing thing a shot before I had any organs removed or worse, took my own life. I was scared because it seemed to be so much work-also because Dr. Nemec said you had to think of yourself as able to heal and be healthy and that seemed so impossible for me! It seemed impossible that I would ever live without pain again.
But I thought about it and prayed about it and my heart and mind seemed to be telling me to do it.
Three days after I began the program my pain was completely gone and I was off all the medications I had been on. I was shocked and greatly encouraged!! Sometimes the treatments have brought on bleeding and pain, but overall my pain level has been very low. I also noticed that within a week, my energy level was increasing and my mood was becoming much more positive. I no longer felt suicidal!! When I worked out on the rebounder, I felt so energized, like I could do anything! I had not felt like that in years.
I have now been receiving treatment for a little more than a month. I just had my first period since I started and it was amazing. I woke up on Saturday bleeding and in severe pain, unlike anything since I started treatment. I came to Dr. Nemec and about 30 minutes after he rebalanced me; the pain began to go away. Sunday it was hardly noticeable and Monday it was gone, even though I was still bleeding. And, amazingly, I only bled for three days. Normally it´s been six or seven days and heavy. Now my pain is almost totally gone again! I can´t believe how much better I feel. I have come so far in a month, I can´t wait to see where I am in four months, a year, two years…I know I have further to go, but I am so encouraged that my body is healing and I am feeling more normal.
I thank God for Dr. Nemec, Laurie, for all the struggles they went through and also that God kept them here in Chicago! I thank Him also for the strength He has given me for I know that I cannot and will not be able to do this in my own strength!

I´ve been coming to THI for about six weeks, coming to the center after 30 years of severe arthritis. My symptoms have improved dramatically. Before I started coming, I would wake up at all hours because I was numb and in pain. I had problems dressing myself as my arms hurt so terribly. My back caused me such pain that I had trouble standing after sitting or lying down for any length of time. So far, I´ve had 85% improvement in my symptoms, which I think is marvelous. I´ve had this pain for over 30 years, so to have so much relief is incredible.
I also used to have severe digestive problems-so much so that I couldn´t even drink water. I only tolerated cooked rice. But now thanks to the THI program, everything has now improved to where I feel I´m eating normal without any discomfort, which is amazing to me. I never thought I would be able to eat without pain in my stomach.
My energy has also soared. Before I could hardly take short walks. Now I can exercise for hours, which has tremendously helped my back and my energy levels.
God bless Dr. Nemec. He showed me the way to feel better. I hope others realize they have the power to do better as well, as long as they follow Dr. Nemec´s wonder "coaching."

Our son is 3 years old now. He was diagnosed with Crohns colitis a year ago. The medical doctor prescribed a steroid and another drug, Pentasa.
One year later, He had not improved. We found Dr. Nemec through a few connections and after 2 months, he is doing GREAT! His very first firm bowel movement was a couple of weeks ago and there is no more blood in his stool. He is drug-free and happy.

After my first treatment at Total Health Institute, for the first time in over a year, I slept through the night without waking up in pain. My ailments of backaches, arthritis, Numbness and digestive disorders had led me to many doctors, all promising that they could help me. After the Report of Findings class, the THI program seemed "so simple"-just put the body and mind in balance and the body will heal. I come from Indiana and it takes me up to 2 hours just to get to the Institute for each treatment, but after the incredible improvement I experienced after just one treatment, I will be here consistently, doing whatever I can to heal myself. Today was my first treatment at the Total Health Institute. I did not know what to expect and since it was my first visit, I was a little anxious. My reaction to my first treatment is WOW! I actually felt a release of pressure in my back that after many years of living with, I had really forgotten it was even there and thought it was normal. I felt so good after this one treatment that I couldn´t believe it. I also felt relief from an acute pain in my left arm, which my traditional doctor had told me, was "tendonitis" and I didn´t even mention this to Dr. Nemec-he just knew where I needed help.
My second visit-AWESOME! I have lived with such discomfort in my lower body for years that again; I came to a mindset that this was "normal." After Dr. Nemec lifted my dropped uterus, bladder, kidney, unkinked my intestine and few other things I can´t even remember (You can see I needed a lot of work!), I then realized what "normal" really was-the absence of pain. I felt even better than after my first visit!
I have gone to traditional doctors inquiring about my ailments for years and the response that I have always received was that this is just part of growing older and then I´d receive another prescription refill. I thought, "This is what I have to look forward to? It must be all downhill from here." I was being told that I had already lived the best part of my life.
I prayed and prayed for God´s guidance-I didn´t want to live like this-no energy, so much discomfort. I realized that for many years I had grown into a comfort zone of living with the pain. I wanted to get off my 3 pills for high blood pressure. I wanted to enjoy my life! I wanted to get healthier, but how?
God answered my prayer when my friend and neighbor shared her story with me. Without her, I wouldn´t have even known about the Total Health Institute.
It is my first week---and I am totally excited about the future and imagining how much better I´m even going to feel in a few months. Look out world! I now know the best is yet to come!

This is my seventh week on the program. I have lost 20 pounds. No longer do I live on Advil and Benedryl. My pain is gone. I sleep like a rock. Also, for three years I have had a lump at the base of my skull on the left side the size of a ping-pong ball-often causing headaches. Last week I grabbed my neck and the lump was gone.
Also I have done water exercise for over 10 years. Afterward I have a rash from head to toe. Nothing would stop the itching. Well yesterday I was in the pool for 1 hour and never broke out or itched. How exciting!

To My Mentors: Dr. Nemec and Laurie:
I had surgery for malignant lung cancer. They removed 40% of my left lung, had 35 treatments of radiation and numerous treatments of chemotherapy. Then, another malignant tumor appeared.
This is when the Lord spoke to me. I do have a choice.
After the surgery, I was left with a chronic cough and shortness of breath.
After having come to Dr. Nemec, the cough and shortness of breath have completely disappeared. The tumor is stable and I go to the oncologist every other month.
Thanks to their program and their specialized care, I have never felt better. Even my oncologist agrees this is extra-ordinary. He is behind me 100%.

Since starting on the THI program, I have improved health-wise in so many areas. I have more energy. My sluggishness and tiredness is gone, my back doesn´t ache anymore, and I can breathe much deeper and freer without congestion. I sleep more peacefully at night; I have lost weight (17lbs), gotten leaner muscle tone, am more relaxed and at peace, less stressed (much less!). And best of all-my thyroid is balancing (not far now) and I have been able to function beautifully without my prescription medication for Grave´s disease (an auto immune disease where my immune system´s autobodies attack my thyroid and cause it to become very hyperactive and me to be chronically sick) for 4 weeks!!!!

I came to the Institute with some digestive problems, hip problems and lots of pain in the hip and joint areas! Since coming and being here for 5 weeks, the digestive problems have gone away. I couldn´t lay down in the middle of the day because if I did, I would bloat up and have severe cramping. This went away within the first 2 weeks. I used to have sinus problems. I haven´t had any sinus trouble even though my husband was sick with sinus drainage and a cold just recently. I didn´t catch it! He never gets a sinus cold. I was the one who did, but now that has changed.
I feel better and I´m sleeping better. I don´t get that late afternoon energy drop. I feel more energetic.
I also had acne holes in my skin. These started to go away the first week that I came to the Institute! Each day I look to see how they are healing and closing up! My skin is much better since being on the program.
I believe that there is healing in the name of Jesus! He paid the price for our healing with his stripes. I know God led me and my mother here. The Lord told me that faith without works is dead. I knew I had to pray and do something to walk in faith. Learning how to be in total health is my part. God will do the rest!

Nine years ago I had cancer. The resulting treatment, chemotherapy and radiation left my body a mess. It seemed that none of the internal organs were functioning the way they should. As a result, I was gaining 10 pounds a year, my adrenal system was not functioning properly, and my white blood count was continually below normal.
Last summer I began the program coached by Dr. Nemec. After following the program for four months, I returned to my regular physician. He was amazed that I had lost 45 pounds, but was even more pleased that my white count was well into the normal range for the first time in nine years, my ldl (bad

I had hemi-colectomy surgery and was sent home with Vicodin and very weak. My medical doctor admitted me back into the hospital because he said it looked like I had yellow jaundice, and that it was a possibility that my liver was bleeding. He admitted me into the hospital for several tests of my stomach, liver, urine, bowel and blood. The tests showed that I had a tumor in my pancreas, which the doctors informed me that there was nothing else that they could do, and chemotherapy would not help I was released from the hospital. That same day, my daughter and son drove me straight to Dr. Nemec´s office. I couldn´t walk and was very weak, but my children insisted. I couldn´t walk up the stairs, so my son carried me. I came back on my second visit and couldn´t walk the stairs again. Again my son carried me. I mentioned to my oldest daughter that her brother and sister were pushing me too hard and that I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before I went back to Dr. Nemec´s office. She did not agree with that. She mentioned to me, "How do you expect to get well when you´re only taking Vicodin." I thought about what she said. I would never have gotten better if she hadn´t insisted that I go back to Dr. Nemec´s office.
After being on the THI program for 6 weeks I was evaluated and the hospital with the following results: the tumor that was located in my pancreas was not "identified." The remainder of my tests came back "UNREMARKABLE." Now that I was stronger and my results were "unremarkable," my medical doctors insisted that I have chemo so that the tumors would not come back. Well, my children spoke to my medical doctor and informed him to discharge me.
Dr. Nemec and Laurie, I want to let you know that I feel like a new woman, and I feel like I have a new body. I am getting stronger every day. From this day forward, I will continue to follow the THI program into better health. God has given me another chance. Thanks to the both of your for guiding and helping me into better health. After treatment last Thursday, I felt immediate relief from stress. My mind was definitely clear and decisive, and I had no trouble at all in instantly knowing how to process thoughts. Communicating that night was the best in over a year.

Total Health Institute is the answer to many prayers. When we first started to come here in February, we were awed by how God has led you in your mission to teach others how to be whole in body, mind and spirit and to at last find how to be healed of many problems. We had been searching for 25 years to find the right way and rejoice to be able to come here for treatment, for classes, for relationships with others who come, and because God is in this.
I personally have the answer to difficulties I could never correct before-digestion, Constipation, and Insomnia. These were bad and getting rapidly worse. Now because of the program, I never run out of energy during the day and never want to take a nap. My muscles are toned and my stomach is flat from diet and rebounding. I am grateful for all these things, but especially for the love you give to everyone.

My stomach had been hurting non-stop for months. Each time I went to the doctor they would tell me they were giving me the strongest medicine there was for the stomach. The very first treatment I had from Dr. Nemec (my intestines were twisted), I got great relief. I had not driven a care for a year. I came back home the same day of the treatment, I drove without pain. I am feeling better than I have in years. Thanks to Dr. Nemec and the ones that led me to the Total Health Institute. I was having problems with my back (disc problems) they wanted to operate. I had developed a breathing problem and had to have an oxygen machine, which I don´t need anymore. My family and I prayed every day for God to lead us to the way he designed us to be. I was lead to Dr. Nemec and Laurie by listening to their radio ministry. I had come here for chronic fatigue. In 2 short weeks, I feel wonderful. I have energy that I haven´t felt for years. I have lost 14 pounds. My emotional fears and anxieties, which were affecting my life greatly have subsided. I have been seeing Dr. Nemec and getting treatments for a month now. Boy, do I feel great! I have lost 22 pounds! It is unbelievable!! I have amazing energy. When I used to only want to sleep and do nothing, I could sleep all day if I didn´t have to take care of my family. Now I get up at 5:30 everyday and I don´t feel tired. I walk and bike 3-4 times a week!! I have asthma. I hardly every use my inhaler, while I used to use it up to 3 times a day. When I used to exercise, I would get out of breath and wheeze very quickly and have to use my inhaler. Now when I exercise, I don´t need it! I don´t even lose my breath! I also used have back pain and a burning feeling in my upper back and neck. Now, nothing! I am so happy. I am on my way! Dr. Nemec, I am so thankful for the wisdom God has given you! Thank you for sharing it with all of us.

Prior to this treatment program I took asthma inhalers and did not eliminate everyday. After being on the program for two days, I am averaging 3 bowel movements per day (unbelievable!), and today I did not use my inhaler and did not need it.
Praise God and my husband, who is doing this program with me, and thank God for this program and Dr. Nemec and Laurie for creating and researching it! Thank you, God, for leading me to the radio.

I just had my first follow-up with my MD since starting on the THI program. My doctor´s words regarding my state of health: “absolutely amazing.” My blood work looks much better, especially the white blood count. My lymph nodes are almost cleared out. My tumor is getting smaller. PTL!!
All the hard work and treatments are coming together. I´m climbing to a higher level of health. God and I are on the road to total health, no turning back.

I just experienced one month of chest pain and left arm and shoulder pain. Today, after 1 week on the THI program, I feel great. Last Thursday I had a thallium stress test and it was abnormal. The cardiologist wanted to do an angiogram—which I refused—and then put me on cholesterol medicine—which I also refused. Now, after 1 week, my chest pains are gone and also my arm and shoulder no longer hurt. I feel wonderful and I know I will only get better. I am also starting to lose some weight.

When I ended up in the hospital, I received my wake up call. I had accepted that my aches and pains, my headaches, an bad bout with vertigo, my complete fatigue, my foggy head, obesity, and now my high blood pressure and high cholesterol were all a part of getting older and heredity. Conventional and even non-conventional approaches had stopped working; or found “no problems, “ but I did not feel well. When the cardiologist in the hospital handed me three potent prescriptions and refused my plea to try something else first, I did not hear him. My heart told me it was wrong.
I immediately recalled two friends who had found whole health from their serious health challenges, and called THI. Thanks to the leadership of Dr. Nemec, Laurie, and their staff; and the love and wisdom of God, I am healing.
The day I had my first treatment, I immediately felt better. It felt nice. My relations with others improved significantly immediately. Since that first treatment, I have removed many obstacles and started listening to God again. I am amazed with the healing. My headache is gone! The pain in my chest is gone! The Numbness and pains in one leg are almost gone! The feeling of a large knot in one armpit is gone! I have more energy! The excruciating shoulder pain that had been unsuccessfully treated by every sort of therapy—GONE!!!! My head is coming alive again!!! My blood pressure has stabilized!!! My fears are gone!! I AM HAPPY TO TAKE TIME TO LISTEN TO GOD´S MESSAGE! I FEEL GOOD!

I have great news to share. I´m off my diabetic medication! Plus, my pain is so much less that I was able to greatly reduce my cortisone medication and arthritis medication. I have more energy. I´m doing more fun things that I dropped due to pain, and I´m 28 pounds lighter. God is a good God!

I would like to thank God and Dr. Nemec and Laurie for coaching and teaching me that I can overcome the health challenges in my life.
I have been part of the four-month change your life program and have just finished my third month. During this period, I followed the program and took the therapies Dr. Nemec recommended.
I lost 30 pounds and feel better than I have for years. My chronic Heartburn is gone and my craving for foods is also gone. When my family sits down to eat. I can now sit with them and feel completely satisfied with the food that has healed me.
It has been a journey which I know will continue towards optimal health. I´m now looking forward to feeling better and better every day.
Thank you again Dr. Nemec and Laurie for giving me hope that I could be done and I thank God for leading me in this direction.

My wife and I have been coming to THI for over 3 months now and in that time, have and still are experiencing amazing results. I´ve gone from being in constant pain, barely able to walk and on pain killer to totally pain free with full body movements—we decided to bring our 2nd son in since his hyperactivity was driving us both crazy. His 1st grade teacher had made several comments on his inability to sit still, stay focused and listen properly. With the good Dr.´s advice, we began weaning him off sugar in his diet and also brought him in for rebalancing.
We began to see improvements in his hyperactivity, and his report card that we just received says his teacher has seen a big improvement in his ability to concentrate and listen more attentively. Needless to say, we are all thrilled. Our children will be so much better and healthier, as well as ourselves, from now on.
We thank you for your wisdom and guidance and, of course, we praise God for showing us the path that led us here.

I have been on the program for a week now, and I have seen dramatic results in how I feel. I have this feeling of total peace around me. I also have found that I am much more focused at work and at home. I also am waking up with much more energy, and this energy stays with me all day.
When I came here, I had a weight problem, high cholesterol, and pain in my feet and joints. I would easily drink 6-8 cups of coffee per day, and I had horrible cravings for pizza, fast food, ice cream, and chocolate. I was also your classic “meat and potatoes” man.
I am happy to say, I haven´t had coffee in a week, my cravings are gone, and it has 8 days without red meat…and I feel great!!

Within a week of starting the program I have 10 times the energy I had. I wake up in the morning and I feel relaxed and energetic, not sluggish and confused as before. My memory has gotten so much better. My body feels light, but strong, even though I have lost 10 pounds. I have done more work in the last 3 days than I have in a month. I feel I am clear-minded and decisive and I don´t feel stressed or over-emotional about anything. The people around me that used to stress and upset me are not bothering me at all. I´ve been on the THI program for 2½ months. Looking back to day 1, I´ve had several improvements in my health.
o My headaches, eye aches, and pressure in my head and eyes are gone.
o My energy level has been restored almost fully, as in previous years.
o I go through my days without the exhaustion and fatigue that plagued me from the moment I woke up in the mornings until I hit the sack at night.
o The quality of my sleep is so much better. (I had Insomnia prior to coming to THI.) I have learned to give my body the restful sleep it needs for healing.
o My hair has stopped falling out.
o I´ve learned a whole new way of nutritious eating—living and raw foods.
o I am calmer and can handle and can handle daily stresses better (after listening to the tapes).
o The best thing that happened as a result of being in the THI program is that I have a gained a regular time to read God´s word daily and pray. I´ve been too exhausted to get up early in the morning to nurture my relationship with God.

I thank God everyday for guiding my feet to the Total Health Institute and Dr. Nemec and Laurie. I am in my fourth week of treatment and feel like a new and whole person again. The second week I noticed my skin had cleared: no more breakouts, itchiness, or blotches. The third week my breathing became much less labored as my bronchioles began to clear and open. Now, during my fourth week, my sinuses have opened and my headaches are gone, I no longer need to reach for my sinus medication. The intense dizziness and brain fog have begun to lift. I am very excited to get on with my life again. With God´s continued help, I know I will continue to learn and grow into discovering the ministry he has waiting for me.
Thank you, Dr. Nemec and Laurie, for all you have taught me. I have so much more to learn and do in this life, but the prospects are now very exciting.

Added news on the recent blood test: I didn´t know that when I went to the rheumatologist 4 months ago, my ANA test came out 2560 (should be less than 40) and the DNA test for Lupus was at 160 (should be less than 10). A recent test showed those numbers down significantly. The ANA is now at 640 and the DNA at 80. A 75% and 50% drop in 3 months since I´ve been on the program. I praised God for so much to be thankful about.

I can´t believe it—after being diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, adrenal gland failure, and hypoglycemia, I had seen 11 different doctors. My lipase and amylase levels have been so high that the doctors had little help for me. Today my doctor called and said I had normal levels of lipase and amylase. My ct scan came back normal! I couldn´t stop crying as I thank God for this miracle, for you and your wonderful treatment center and healing hands.
We all did it—and it´s in the power of God and ourselves that we heal! These doctors were so negative and kept me at arms length of death.

Praise God, my sugar levels are low to normal. I prayed and God gave me wisdom and have not taken diabetes meds since my first visit. I am able to walk so much better with strength and confidence. I have lost weight. I went down 2 pants sizes. Best of all I have so much peace in my everyday and so much joy.
And it´s all because God is here. I have found my smile again and there is so much joy.

After being on the program for one week, I prayed and (having a peace) stopped my blood sugar and high blood pressure medicines. It´s been 5 days since and I feel good. I am not at the point where I want to be yet, but I know God has put me on the right track. With God guiding and directing my path, I know that I will be healed and he will get the glory.

My last visit, I was a wreck! I lay on the table and you told me basically what it took thousands of dollars of tests over four years and many doctors to figure out! Amazing! I cried as I lay on the table praying the entire time your hands touched my troubled areas. At the age of 27, I woke up daily in pain. I longed to eat food but as soon as I ate, the Heartburn and piercing chest pain would begin – even with medication. I dreaded going to sleep because in the middle of the night Heartburn would creep up on me and wake me out of a dead sleep. I usually would throw everything up. I was literally incapacitated by what I ate. For those of you reading this, I was told I have spastic colon, acid reflux, hiatal hernia, imbalanced thyroid and nodules on my thyroid. I prayed for a better way of healing other than cutting my thyroid out or popping a pill the rest of my life. Two days later I heard Dr. Nemec on the radio talking about all my ailments. After the first treatment, my hiatal hernia is gone. I have little to no Heartburn and haven´t taken the medication. Praise God for the institute! He has shown me a better way to heal.

One of my major life-long health problems has been Constipation. As a child, it was not uncommon for me to not eliminate for 3 weeks at a time. As an adult, I´ve done it all: soaked prunes, exercises, over the counter products, and months on end of colonics: sometimes 4 in 4 days. The morning after my 1st treatments I had five full eliminations (not diarrhea) before 12 noon. My body is beginning to do what it was created and designed to do. Thank God. This is only the beginning.

A 50% reduction in my cancer!! That was the latest news from my doctor. Since my diagnosis of lymphoma, I though my world just ended. And not being able to tolerate the chemo, I really thought I was in trouble – but I was led to Dr. Nemec and the Total Health Institute and my life has been given back to me. Thank you, God.

When I started the program two weeks ago, I had pain in my stomach, neck, and knees. My hands and feet were always swollen. It took me 45 minutes to dress myself in the morning. My doctor told me I had high blood pressure and rheumatoid arthritis. I´ve been fasting for two weeks and all my pain and swelling is gone. It now only takes me 10 minutes to dress in the morning, my blood pressure is down (My doctor says I don´t need to see him for six months!), and, best of all, I have much more energy! Thanks to Dr. Nemec and the Lord for showing me the way to total health!

This past week has been remarkable. I have seen many changes in my life. I have PSC, and my liver has not been functioning properly. The biliruben levels have been high, but these past few days, I have seen my urine is back to normal. I praise God for his healing power. At the request and insistence of my wife, 4 months ago we started your program. Since that time I no longer have leaky gut or acid indigestion (I threw my antacid tablets away two months ago). At my last physical exam, the doctor told me that I had a small hernia on my right side, and my prostate gland was still enlarged. As of this writing, I no longer have discomfort from either the hernia or prostate gland. All of the above is enough to thank you for research and the development of Total Health Institute. Included as a bonus, I have lost five inches from my waistline and a total of 46 pounds. Also, my energy level has increased since starting the program. I sincerely thank you for the Total Health Institute, and I also thank my wife for the extra push.

When I first arrived at Total Health Institute, I had irritable bowel, acid reflux (very painful), and a bladder infection, as well as many other health conditions. My emotional state, needles to say, was in bad shape and I had lived without hope for a long time. Since I started the program 4-5 weeks ago, the fire in my stomach and bowel is out! My bladder infection is gone.
Most of all, after my first NIRT treatment, it was like a miracle! I am experiencing such peace, joy, calmness and hope! Last week at work – I have a very demanding job – I was able to stay super focusd and knock out a great deal of work in a calm manner. It dawned on me that I did this work without upset, reaction or nervous energy! I thank God everyday for these treatments. When I get up in the morning and go out, the color green is like I have never seen green before: so deep and rich. For any new patients: the best is yet to come.

I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. People with sleep apnea are constantly sleep deprived. The human body has constant sleep interruption due to the cessation of breathing. I felt constantly like I was in a fogged zone. Since I have been on the program, my sleep apnea has greatly improved, and my sleep is much deeper. My mental fog is now completely gone. Thank you, Dr. Nemec for allowing God to use you for his glory and honor.

I was here last Wednesday. Today is Saturday. On Wednesday I had the works, but the NIRT was a fantastic change. I felt stronger, where for 7-8 years I could hardly get myself around, especially when I squatted to try and pick something up. I could not get up again without someone lifting me up. Sometimes it even took two people. I had such weakness in my body and especially in my legs. After treatment and NIRT, I had instant strength, instant hope, and encouragement! I am so happy!

Since being on the program for 7 months, I praise God for the following healing:
· I suffered with Constipation and impaction for 3 years. No longer—gone.
· The scar from 3 different abdominal surgeries in the same place is almost gone.
· The scar that runs the full length of the neck to the top of the head and had 3” of baldness from the top of my neck up the hair line with red patches. The hair has grown back in. The red spots are gone. The scar is 50% better.
· I suffered from Chiari-mal Formation symptoms since 1987—gone.
· I had high intracranial pressure for 3 years. I had too many spinal taps to relieve pressure. No high pressure anymore. No spinal taps since starting the fast.
· My legs looked like alligator skin. Gone. It´s all smooth and soft now. My oily face is gone. Dry back-gone. I never need moisturizing lotion at all.
· My right hand used to shake with tremors for 15 years—gone.
· I used to have vertigo and horrible fatigue—gone.
· I had a sore on my arm the size of a dime. Had scab for 8 months. Scab is healed and completely gone.
· Suffered from horrible headaches. I was taking morphine for this for 3 years. After 1 month on the fast I stopped my morphine and now only get a slight headache once in a while. Praise God.
· My horrible leg spasms—gone.
· I praise God for my emotional healing. I´ve truly learned in my spirit to have joy and to give thanks everyday no matter how I feel in my body.
My husband and I have been through a lot with my health. We have always had a great relationship. Now it´s so much better. No words can describe it, except what God has taught us. Life is good.J

When I started here at the clinic, I was diabetic, overweight, and I ate Rolaids like candy. After one week here, I was able to stop taking my medication, which I had been taking for years. And no more Rolaids! J I thank God for THI and Dr. Nemec.

I first came to Dr. Nemec for my liver. I contracted hepatitis C 20 years ago and tried what is prescribed for the disease. Interferon is used to treat Hepatits. C. It was adverse side effects. After coming to THI and doing the program for 3 months, I went to my personal doctor. He said my elevated enzymes went down. There was no reason for treatment right now. He would like to see me in 6 months to see if further treatment is needed. I know, with the help of God, Dr. Nemec, and me following the program at THI, I will never need the treatment of Interferon or any kind of drug. Thank you, Dr. Nemec.

I can´t believe the world of difference in only one month. I was diagnosed with pancreatitis 6 months ago. I also have had a complete hysterectomy surgery, removal of half my thyroid, knee surgery, appendectomy and tonsillectomy. I´m probably a walking science project! I have seen 11 doctors in the last months with very little positive news about my future health. Today, I´ve lost 10 lbs which I have struggled for 2 years to get off. I´m off steroids and estrogen and am completely drug free. I have a ton of energy and calmness, which has been so important to feel after these doctors scare me into thinking I could die this year. I love coming here because I feel good. I thank God for giving you the special help you need to help others. I know I have a ways to go, but I want to prove to the world you can heal from a disease there is no cure for. For now, thank you for teaching me how to heal myself. God has a plan for all of us.

I have been coming to THI for 1 week now. I have been sleeping through the night for the first time in many years. My Heartburn has disappeared. Best of all, I have lost 8 lbs in one week. My energy level has been high all week, and I have stopped taking my thyroid medication. I am not hungry all the time, like I used to be. The burning, tingling in my feet has lessened. I´m learning to tune out negative people, and I realize I need to associate with positive people. Thank you.

I´m in menopause and for the past three years I´ve had a problem with getting a full night´s sleep. My sleep consisted of forty five minutes of off and on during the night. I feel so good! Today I stopped and watched the ducks under the bridge. Life has begun to look like God has designed it to look. The change has started to take place on the inside; deep inside a light has come on! I smile now, and it´s not an act; it´s a real smile. I´m beginning to enjoy my life now. I have been depressed for a long time, I feel different now. I can see with my spiritual eyes now. God is such a wonderful creator. I appreciate life. PS I now have bowel movements everyday! I used to only have bowel movements every 3 days, sometimes longer. I was constantly constipated. I have a bowel movement at least 3-4 times a day now. I´ve had the NIRT treatments and I faithfully take my Supreme Food. I plan to do the entire program to the best of my ability. I know without a doubt that I am healed.

It all started when I was leaving the parking lot after refilling my prescription of Allegra D for the third time. I pushed the button to release the CD I had been listening to, then your voice filled my car…If you have allergies as a adult and have never had them before that is because you have a blockage in your system… After the program I went to your website and ordered your book. After reading it, I stopped eating meat and dairy. That was 8 months ago; I have not had a sinus headache or sinus drainage since then (except for the two times that I purposely binged).
When I made the decision to come to the institute, my husband was only going to bring me here. However, after hearing you speak, he said, “Sign me up, too.”
I had been having such sleep disorders that I dreaded going to sleep. After two weeks of treatment, last night I had the most wonderful sleep that I can remember. I fell asleep within 5 minutes and slept for 8 hours. Although I got up twice for the bathroom, I fell back asleep as soon as I got back into bed—and woke up refreshed 15 minutes before the alarm. As I was discussing this with my husband I became aware that I no longer snore—and neither does my husband. Without a doubt, God sent us here.

For two years I have been very ill with fatigue, depression and pain. The only thing the doctors could do was run tests with no diagnosis. We were in the process of planning a trip to the Mayo Clinic because that the what the “world” and my brain was telling me to do, but my heart did not want to go to Mayo. I have no faith in doctors and medication, and I know that faith is a big part of healing. I was standing in line buying coffee when I ran into an old friend who told me to come to THI. At first, I was very skeptical. My brain was saying “no,” but my heart was saying “yes.” Through my whole illness I have had a peace and calmness because I knew my Lord would not forsake me, and He is the one who heals. So, after much prayer, I started the program.
At the first treatment, I was having an NIRT when a pain which I had in my leg for the last six months, disappeared entirely within a few seconds of treatment.
I now no longer scoff at this type of treatment and am seeing it all with completely different eyes.

I have had problems with glaucoma for the past 20 years. I have had surgery in both eyes. Recently, after I started the program, I was told I was going to need surgery in both eyes to repair breaks. After talking with some of the patients here, I persuaded my doctor to delay the surgery. This last Thursday, I went to the doctor, I had been praying and doing the program. My doctor was surprised that there was no longer any need for surgery. This is a blessing and has renewed and enhanced my faith in following what my heart told me.

When I came to the Total Health Institute, which was about a month and a half ago now, I was a very sick person. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for 20 years. I could not wring out my face cloth or anything. I could not rinse out any of my clothing by hand. My feet were so bad. I was taking so many different kinds of supplements, but never got any relief. But glory be to God! Since I have been here at Total Health Institute, I can wring out my towels, face cloths, and dish cloths. It´s a miracle from God. And I give praise and glory for the things He has done and for what he is going to do. I am walking much better and feeling much better. I thank God for Dr. Nemec, for I know God has appointed him for this time. He is a true servant of God. I can really say this, for God led me to him. Through prayer, He showed me Dr. Nemec through the radio program.

I have had a low body temperature for over 5 years: 97.2. I also have had high blood pressure for the same time period. I have been on the program three weeks and my temperature is up to 98.4 and my blood pressure is down to normal. It is awesome to see the body heal and do what God created it to.

The last three years I have been fighting a battle of my own. I have had depression, fatigue, extreme pain, tremors, weakness, Numbness, tingling and dizziness and have been completely debilitated by these symptoms. The last year was a nightmare and I wanted to literally die. I haven´t been able to work, and just taking care of the house and the boys to tremendous effort. I prayed everyday just to make it through the day. I also prayed for a miracle, but God has done many miracles for me in past, and I wondered if he would give me another miracle. I received no help from the medical profession. After waiting two months for an appointment, the doctors would do nothing for my but run tests with no results and prescribe Xanax or antidepressants, telling me I had too much stress. In my heart I know I have MS. The medical profession, in all their wisdom and knowledge say there is no cure for MS, but I know that my God can do anything, so I calmly and patiently waited for my miracle.
We were making plans to go to the Mayo Clinic because the world was telling us they would be able to help, but I have no faith in the medical profession and faith is a big part of being healed. If I went there, I saw a future of pain, medication and a wheelchair.
One day, I ran into an old, dear friend. As we talked, a still, small voice urged me to tell her about how sick I had been, something my husband and I had kept to ourselves and had confided to no one at all. My friend told me her husband had MS (something I have never known since his health appears perfect) and about their experience at the Mayo Clinic where his MS was finally diagnosed. Instead of drug therapy they chose to take the natural route and she told me about the Total Health Institute and Dr. Keith Nemec and the work and research he does there. At first I was very skeptical. I used to scoff at such things because I believed all the lies I had been told by the medical profession. I decided to try it because what would it hurt, and, besides, the medical profession had done nothing for me at all.
I have been on the program for two months and Dr. Nemec and this has opened up a whole new world for me. Dr. Nemec said regaining my health was like climbing a mountain and he was going to teach me how to climb that mountain. This program is one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do, but self-discipline is a gift of the Spirit, so I know I have not done this unaided or alone. My depression has lifted, I have more energy, the Numbness is gone, the weakness is gone, the tingling is lessening everyday, and I am on no medication and looking forward to playing golf with my husband and sons this summer. I thank God everyday for having led me to this place of healing. My faith is at an entirely new plane, where I have been tested and truly have learned to trust God completely and I now feel as if I could walk on water
I have met many people at the Total Health Institute with even more serious health challenges that I had. There are people there with stage 4 cancer who decided to forego chemotherapy and are now pain free and living life fully as God intended them to live. I am inspired and in awe of their faith and how they trust God. God is good!

I have been coming to the institute for one month. I am, for the moment, an insulin dependent, type II diabetic with an insulin pump. I was taking 40-50 units of insulin a day. After three weeks on the program, I am down to 5. |
