Air Pollution Lowers Lung Capacity
Research shows that teenagers who grow up in heavy air pollution have reduced lung capacity, putting them at risk for illness and premature death as adults.
In the longest study to date of pollution’s impact on developing lungs, University of Southern California researchers followed children raised in communities around Los Angeles - some very polluted, some not - for eight years. They found about 8 percent of 18-year-olds had lung capacity less than 80 percent of normal, compared with about 1.5 percent of those in communities with the least pollution.

Air Pollution Lowers Lung Capacity
Dr. Keith and Laurie Nemec comments:
You live in a toxic, polluted environment and the air you are breathing is full of chemicals that will not only lower the oxygen content of your body which increases the growth rate of cancer cells, bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi, but also cause the liver to tremendously overwork which causes these toxics to spill over into every gland, organ and tissue causing progressive cell death and gland and organ dysfunction and eventually disease. Air pollution, chemicals and toxins come from two places, outside and inside. You cannot do much about the outside air pollution that will make a change that will positively impact your health today but you can do a lot about the inside air pollution (which is 10 times worse than outdoor air pollution). Your action steps to clean up your indoor environment should include these.
- Open all the windows in your house. 30 minutes per day even in winter.
- If you have an attached garage, do not shut the garage door for 30 minutes upon driving in and out to let the fumes escape so they do not make their way into your house.
- Keep all paints and chemicals outside in a shed, not in the house.
- Use only all natural cleaning products. Normal, standard cleaning products are highly toxic.
- Purchase the ionizer/ozonation/ultraviolet air purifier that does not just filter the air but instead detoxifies the air, kills bacteria, viruses and mold and settles dust. One unit does up to 3500 square feet.
- Get rid of carpets as soon as possible. They give off gas, chemicals and are huge dust and mold collectors.
- When painting, use the most non-toxic paints, one that not only will not will not negatively affect your health but paint that also prevents outgases of building materials.
Spirit
What is your spirit? It is the part of your being that operates in the following four functions:
- Consciousness/Awareness
- Intuition
- Communion/communication with God
- Body/Mind/Spirit Covenant Executor
Today we will explain what your intuition is.
Intuition
This function of your spirit just “knows” It is a mother who knows her child is in danger, even though she cannot see her. It is the man who “knows” he is not supposed to get on that plane, and the plane crashes. It is the business man who “knows” that it will be a good investment. It is the “gut feeling” the inner knowing that leads and guides us. It is our 6th sense. We all have this function of the spirit, although many times it is clouded by feeding our old lie-filled mind, and living from our old minds so much that ALL functions of the spirit become suppressed, even our 6th sense – our intuition.
