How Salt Can Destroy Your Health and Cause Heart Disease, Cancer, and all Diseases.

Salt is the common name for sodium chloride. Sodium is essential in the human diet to maintain osmotic balance in the blood, extracellular and intracellular fluids. The problem is what form the sodium comes in. All salt whether from the ground (rock salt) or from the sea (sea salt) is an inorganic form, meaning it is from the earth. Your body only properly utilizes organic sodium which comes from plant sources that have taken in the inorganic sodium from the earth up through it’s root system and has made it alive in the cells of the plants as organic sodium. Potassium is another mineral essential in maintaining osmotic balance in the body. The ideal sodium to potassium ratio in the diet is 1:5, which occurs naturally in most fruits and vegetables. The average American’s diet is reversed at a 5:1 ratio with almost all their sodium coming from inorganic non health promoting earth forms. As inorganic earth salt increases in one’s diet and the osmotic balance is altered, a person starts to retain fluid to dilute the excessive earth salt. This causes major problems with the fluid balance inside and outside the cells of all glands, organs and tissues, leading to death of the cells. This retaining of water also causes an increased weight and blood pressure which greatly increases the chances of having a heart attack or stroke. These two combined kill 50 % of all Americans. A general rule of good health is try to never use table salt in your cooking and watch out for processed, canned and restaurant food. These all are loaded with inorganic earth salt. A general way to know if your meal has earth salt added to it is to see if you get thirsty after eating. Eating organic plant bound sodium in fruit and vegetable sources never makes you thirsty.
