Chew your food 30 times per bite.

It is so critical that we chew our food 30 times per bite or until the food is baby food consistency.

What this does is first insures more complete digestion. Analogy of swallowing whole vs. chewing. Second, you receive the most nutrients from the food. Third, the more thoroughly food is broken down, the less likely you are to develop leaky gut (the precursor to most disease)
Along with chewing your food 30 times, you should always try to eat in a relaxed environment. If you always eat on the run, eat when you are rushed or in a hurry, you do not digest your food. When you are rushed, you are secreting adrenaline, the hormone that gets you ready for action, fighting, running, etc. If you see a tiger coming after you, you secrete adrenaline to pump blood to your arms and legs so you can run for your life. When you are secreting adrenaline, you are not digesting. You do not need to digest food when you are running from a tiger. When you eat on the run, rushed or in a non-peaceful environment, you are not digesting your food because you are secreting adrenaline.
Chew 30 times per bite and slow down taking your time when you eat.
  

Digestive Aid-CayenneTincture

Description: Cayenne is a blood mover. The faster blood moves the more oxygen and nutrients get to the cells, the more waste products are removed from the cells. The more the white blood cells eat bacteria, viruses, parasites, candida and cancer cells. Cayenne also aids in the digestion of protein.

 

 

You crave what you do not digest. Three things are in excess in the standard American’s bloodstream:
1.) Protein
2.) Fat
3.) Sugar
As these three go up in the blood, the pathogens (bacteria, viruses, parasites, candida and cancer cell formation) also goes up.
The stomach secretes hydrochloric acid and this acid help to begin the breakdown and digestion of proteins. When people do not secrete enough HCl they do not fully digest the protein they eat. Cayenne stimulates HCl production hence aids in the digestion of protein.
  

 

Symptoms of Not Digesting Proteins:
Crave protein   

Cold hands and/or feet

  

Do not like to exercise - stay sore   

Heal slowly   

Gums bleed   

Weakened immune system   

Increased body secretions- edema, perspiration, salivation, tears   

Menstrual problems
