Energetic Exam Mail In Instructions Two items must be mailed to Total Health Institute to complete the energetic exam:

1. A hair sample

2. The following phrases hand written (not printed) while the person says them out loud:

· I’m okay with God.

· I’m okay with myself.

· I’m okay with the family I came from.

· I’m okay with my present family.

· I’m okay with my purpose.

· I’m okay with my friends and relationships.

· I’m okay with my job or career.

· I’m okay with living.

· I’m okay with dying.

It does not matter if you are actually okay with any of these; you should say them anyway. For instance if someone dislikes their job, they would still say, “I’m okay with my job or career.”
