Enzymes are one of the most important keys to health and healing

The life of food comes not only from the essential nutrients they contain, but even more importantly from the enzymes they have stored. It’s not what you eat that counts but what you digest and assimilate into the cells of your body.

Enzymes are key to vibrant health and without them your health would steadily decline. God made all raw food to contain life, to contain enzymes. When we cook food we destroy its life, its enzymes. This can be seen when you plant sunflower seeds, one raw and one dry-roasted or cooked. Only the raw uncooked seed will grow. Every cellular reaction that takes place in your body is enzyme dependent and without them you would quickly die. So what is the answer to the vibrant health? Add enzymes to your meals! Four capsules per meal whenever you’re eating a cooked meal.

Also, a lack of enzymes in your food causes a build-up of toxins via increased intestinal permeability (leaky gut syndrome) which is the primary cause of almost all disease. Dr. David Galton at the School of Medicine of Tufts University tested people weighing an average of 230 pounds. He found that every one of them was lacking enzymes in their fatty tissues.
