Our program is four weeks, some might stay five or more weeks until we feel they” have it” and can live this lifestyle once they return home. This additional time spent at the Institute is our gift to you because we understand not everyone heals at the same rate, and that not everyone learns at the same rate. At Total Health Institute we offer the four most powerful ways you can transform your total health of body, mind and spirit. They are our:

What is the difference between the four?       
To come and stay at the Institute for our Inpatient Comprehensive Treatment and Teaching Program for four weeks is the most powerful thing that anyone could ever do for their total health of body, mind, and spirit. With our advanced treatments and customized personal teaching/coaching program Dr. Nemec personally guides you into total health and healing of body, mind, emotions and spirit. We make sure that everyone leaves totally fulfilled and knowing that they now have the tools to stay in total health the rest of their life. It does no good to get well if you cannot stay well. One of our desires is that we will be the LAST DOCTOR YOU WILL EVER HAVE TO SEE! In our 24 years of practice we have help people reverse the most major health challenges. Although we do not treat any symptom, condition or disease (because our treatments and teaching are designed to restore or maintain total health of body, mind and spirit) many of our patients have healed their cancer, heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disease, respiratory disease, digestive disorders, pain syndromes, chronic fatigue, neurologic disease, hormonal disorders, elimination disorders (liver, colon, kidneys), obesity, depression and anxiety to name a few. Most all have completely resolved their high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol. In just four weeks we’ve seen people come off of all their medications, reverse their symptoms and conditions, lose up to 40 pounds if necessary, feel better than they’ve ever felt in their life, release all their stored emotional toxins-including being set free from fears, anger, hopelessness, loneliness and cravings/addictions. Most powerfully we’ve seen people set free from all of their mental stress, anxiety, depression, doubt, ADHD and brain fog. They learn how to still their mind and live fully in the moment. Our mission statement for the inpatient facility is “Seek first HIS kingdom, and HIS righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well” and what you will learn during your time here is how to “be still and know that I AM GOD”. In four weeks you will truly be transformed in physical body, in mind and emotions, and in spirit. Always remember the root of all disease starts with the breaking of the 7 Basic Steps of Total Health which are proper oxygen intake, water intake, diet, sleep, exercise, fasting/detoxifying and prayer, meditation/stillness as well as the formation of mental and emotional blockages that prevent the energy of life from flowing from the spirit into mind and body.
What is the difference between our inpatient treatment and teaching program and all the rest?

1. You are personally coached by Dr. Nemec each step of your journey. Dr. Nemec oversees your treatment and makes sure that all your questions addressed. We make sure that you are able to live the total health lifestyle before you leave the Institute.
   
2. This is an alternative healing physician based program which tests and documents your healing every step of the way. We do not guess with your health. We know exactly where your body is out of balance with the testing and analysis and have an exact plan for you to restore your total health not only for your stay but also for when you return home. You will have the most extensive blood and urine analysis available and the results read and explained in easy to understand language of how you can restore health in your body, mind and emotions through natural treatments, teaching, diet, and lifestyle changes. We monitor your health daily examinations of vital signs, urine testing. We weekly do electrocardiograms, computerized respirometer measurements, blood flow analysis, autonomic nervous system testing, heart rate variability testing, and if necessary blood testing and 3D color diagnostic ultrasound testing. We also do final extensive blood and urine testing before you leave to make sure you have improved enough so that you can continue your healing process at home as we continue to coach you as you transition back into your day to day living. We do not release anyone from our care until they feel great and they are great on the tests and analysis.
   
3. There are no hidden costs. Many programs will quote a price for the program but then many of the needed treatments, testings and supplements are extra cost. The cost of our program includes EVERYTHING. All treatments, all testing, all analysis, all supplements needed.
   
4. We give you the gift of extra time at Institute if needed. What this means is if we feel with our tests, examinations, analysis and consulting with you that you are not ready to leave after the four week program then we let you stay the additional time at NO EXTRA COST. This means some of our patients need 5 or 6 weeks before they are ready to transition back into their home and work place so we keep them in our stress free environment until we know they can sustain the total health lifestyle once they leave. REMEMBER WE DO NOT RELEASE ANYONE FROM OUR CARE UNTIL THEY FEEL GREAT AND THEY ARE GREAT ON THE TESTS, ANALYSIS.
   
5. Your time at Total Health Institute is a time to fast from the world system. We have made an unique environment for healing. There are no phones (except for emergencies and special family concerns), no television, no radio, no computers. Nothing from the outside world comes in so you can surround yourself with the peace and tranquility needed to heal even the most deep rooted health challenges. When you separate from the world system completely you will see how your healing accelerates. There are certain health challenges that simply will not heal unless you separate yourself for a time of “prayer and fasting”.
   
6. Once you have completed your stay at the Institute and are ready to transition back to your day to day living you have direct communication with Dr. Nemec to answer all your questions when you go home. We will answer your emails by either email or telephone calls to make sure all that you have gained during your stay at the Institute is not lost upon returning home but instead continues to improve. You can have follow up blood and urine work done at convenient lab close to you so we can continue to monitor your level of health and healing so there will be no falling back. In this you can rest assured that you will always be accountable to your personal total health coach to keep you on track as you “stay the course” in your total health journey.
   
7. Total Health Institute is Christ centered in belief and teaching. What we do is not a job but our ministry to the LORD. We believe God sends everyone who comes to the Institute and we know that HE has done this so that the person’s life can be transformed in body, mind, emotions and spirit. We believe that once you get a revelation of the truth in body, mind, emotions and spirit that the truth will set you free. This freedom should include being free from all symptoms, conditions, diseases and disorders of the body, mind and emotions. We do not discriminate in who we treat but open our doors and our hearts to those of all beliefs in the desire to help all become free from all blockages and imbalances of body, mind, emotions and spirit.
   

Our Come and Go Teaching/Treatment Program consists of all our most powerful therapies, treatments, teachings and classes offered to our inpatients. Since the patient is not living in the perfect environment for health and healing (as they do in the inpatient facility) they will throw out of balance a certain percentage of what is obtained with the treatments and therapies when they go back into their environment daily. We use the three steps forward with one step backward analogy. What this means is what takes four weeks to change in the inpatient facility takes six to nine months with come and go treatments/teaching. 
Our Fasting/Detoxification Inpatient Program offers some of the benefits that the inpatient treatment/teaching program does just on a lesser scale. The difference is that there are no advanced treatments being done. There are no supplemental products or follow up tests done with our fasting/detoxification program. This program is for someone who does not have any significant symptoms, conditions or health challenges but just knows they need to get away for a time to detoxify their body, mind and emotions.
Our Option 5 Program is for those who physically cannot come to the Institute but still want to do all they can for their total health. Although they cannot receive any treatment with option five they still receive all of our most powerful teaching on CD, our most powerful products including our custom SEMB formula, along with complementary telephone consultations with Dr. Nemec coaching them after reviewing their Total Health 52 point blood analysis, their MicroNutrient Testing, and their Biochemical Environmental Assessment Urinalysis (all done by local labs via Dr. Nemec instruction). This program is ideal for those who are not physically able to come to the Institute yet, or for those who want to be preventative with their health, they have no symptoms, conditions or diseases yet and would like to make sure they don’t get these in the future. We coach people across the country who are on the Option 5 Program.
All of our programs are solidly rooted in teaching you the body, mind and spirit truth of total health. You will know the truth and the truth will set you free (in body, mind and spirit) when you follow what God has placed in your heart instead of following what the world system and facts has programmed in your head.
