Listening to the "7 Basic Steps to Total Health" I was totally set free from my sugar addiction
For years I have struggled with wanting to be released from sugar. The longest I stayed abstinent was 4 days. A friend recommended the
"7 Basic Steps to Total Health" which I started listening to immediately. When I was at the ´food´ tape, Dr. Nemec talked about the covenant God has made with us. At that moment, I made a covenant with God to quit sugar. That has been 2-1/2 weeks ago, and I have not had a desire for sugar once! With God, I am healed from this addiction. YEAH!

The teaching tapes help heal food addictions
While I´ve been on my healing journey I have experienced quite a colorful array of attitudes and different emotions regarding my journey. At times my attitude is gratitude and there are quite frankly some real "poor me" times. When certain emotions would surface I would start to reach for a cookie or something that has sugar in it but instead of reaching for something to satisfy my flesh I reached instead for the teaching tapes! That´s right the
teaching tapes. I then would break my mind barrier, and my peace is restored. The teaching tapes inspire me, Godly direction comes and most of all I get what I really needed which was to hear God´s plain TRUTH! Well these teachings help explain and interpret the truth in a way that I can understand. Just wanted to share my experience, strength and hope with you.

Teaching, changed my life forever, saved my life
Being part melancholic and part sanguine, I can have a tendency to be very emotional, which, of course, has a good side. However, recently, despite years and years of personal study of the emotions from both a Biblical and physical point of view, I have become aware of just how far you can mess up your body through wrong thinking.
Despite studying book after book on the subconscious mind, psycho emotionally-induced illnesses, and grace doctrines around the clock, I still didn´t think just how much worse I made physical condition by worrying and panicking about it until I got the tapes from the Total Health Institute and heard Dr. Nemec talk about the mind/body connection.
The first night I heard one of the tapes on this subject changed my life forever!!!!! I cried and cried and cried tears of joy and was instantly relieved of many symptoms I imagined. I now believe by worrying and panicking over symptoms, you can increase your illness far beyond whatever physical problems you have.
Thanks to the Total Health Institute, I now realized that in addition to the physical side of health, I need to also restrain my thinking and that it's okay to not have all the answers about symptoms. But just keep taking baby steps forward and the body will heal itself, even if we have a million unanswered questions.

The healing powerful truth from the teaching tapes
I absolutely love your tape program. I just finished listening to TIME wow! Then I went on to SPACE another WOW! What a great gift! I started to tear up with JOY in the fact that I found this wonderful institute! I have read so much for years and Dr Nemec's teachings are, I think the purest, highest, transformative and truth giving teaching on the planet. I feel so priviledged to experience this truth! I just started listening to BELIEF another liberating, clarifying, teaching, WOW! I really love the HOW TO tapes, they are terrific and so helpful in understanding the HOW TO beginning steps. I've listened to them several times and I am excited and so happy to have Dr Nemec's teaching to set me free and help me in my climb.

Continuing on the journey of healing body, mind and spirit
I just wanted to tell people that even if you can't come to the Institute like I can't because I travel a lot, if you follow the program,
the tapes and the spiritual work, miracles can happen. We have been able to travel around the country with an energy and vitality that can only come from the miracle of the Total Health Institute program. Doing the
7 Basic Steps to Total Health and most importantly the spiritual and emotional work I am reaching a level of health and vitality that is truly miraculous. I can only thank God and Dr. Nemec and Laurie for that.

fibromyalgia and blood pressure are healing, the teaching is awesome.
It has been about 2 ½ weeks of attending THI and the results I have felt have been unbelievable, mentally, physically, and spiritually. My thyroid is improving and my blood pressure taken today was 108 over 76. It has not been that low in several years. Previous readings 3 months ago were 139 over 89.
I have had much more daily energy and a feeling of well-being but the most remarkable is I have had no aching joints and nerves (
fibromyalgia) since I started the program, and today was a rainy day. I always knew when it was going to rain a day before.
Dr. Nemec's sleep class was awesome and one of the most important parts of the healing process. Since starting the program I have been getting 9-9 ½ hours sleep nightly and it also has made a huge difference in my not feeling tired but having energy each day.

Teaching tapes showed me how to release stored toxic emotions.
Your newest tape series is fabulous. I just finished the breathing tape and I now know what my breathing means to me. I thought I knew how to breathe, but the tape took me through the steps and I actually felt the blockages in my solar plexus area (emotions). By following the technique, the blockages are breaking up. I can feel it happening. The first two tapes of the series are very clear and precise. They organize the process. I can't wait to continue.

The class on health I went to really helped me out. I was struggling with such strong craving for junk food. When Dr. Nemec taught about covenants, it made me think about what I was putting into my mouth. The body is the temple of the God's Spirit. I now pray first and ask the God if this food will help me and glorify God or be bad for me and my health. What a difference! I am set free from sugar addictions. Thanks.

Total Health Institute is the answer to many prayers. When we first started to come here in we were awed by how God has led you in your mission to teach others how to be whole in body, mind and spirit and to at last find how to be healed of many problems. We had been searching for 25 years to find the right way and rejoice to be able to come here for treatment, for classes, for relationships with others who come, and because God is in this.
I personally have the answer to difficulties I could never correct before-digestion,
Constipation, and
Insomnia. These were bad and getting rapidly worse. Now because of the program, I never run out of energy during the day and never want to take a nap. My muscles are toned and my stomach is flat from the diet and rebounding. I am grateful for all these things, but especially for the love you give to everyone.

I have lost weight, which I haven't done in years because of my thyroid condition. My mind is getting clearer and I actually find myself wanting to do things, not sit around anymore.
