Vitamins & Minerals

We recommend nutrients that come from organic whole foods, organic/wildcrafted herbs and enzymes. At times when a person either does not digest food well or will not eat the recommended food and/or whole food supplements we recommend short term supplementation with certain key vitamins and minerals to temporarily jump start the body until the digestion process improves and/or the diet improves may be beneficial. This supplementation should only be short term (6 months or less) because vitamins and minerals are synthetic and made in a laboratory and being so are chemicals going into the body. If taken long term they have the potential to toxify the liver and have a negative instead of positive effect on the body.
